  1. Display Future Despatch Date After Applying Postage

    When we are not getting a collection on the day we are applying postage, we change the dispatch date but we are unable to check that the correct dispatch date has been entered for all orders. If there was a way to see the dispatch date that had been applied this would be beneficial so we could re-apply the postage to any that were not correct.

  2. Support More Than 1 Collection or More Items

    I can only book a single collection for any given day with a maximum of 10 items in a given collection.

    It would be convenient if more items could be collected in a single booking, or multiple collections booked for a given day.

  3. BETA UI orders list 'status' field - make optional

    Can the "Status" field be selectable under the column manager akin to other columns, as takes up screen space on small displays causing scrolling - it may not be relevant to all users when it just says 'manifested' for every entry...

  4. Please add 1st Class shipping/tracking numbers to the orders like tracked orders

    Hi, would it be possible to add the shipping/tracking number for regular 1st Class postage to the orders in the same way that it is for "tracked" orders please? I don't need fully tracked, I only need the delivery status, but I need that number synced with Shopify so that Paypal releases my funds when an order is delivered to the customer. It's such a pain to have to enter them all in manually every day. It would be so helpful if this was implemented. Thanks a lot

  5. Beta Orders Grid: Cannot Select & Copy Text

    In the Beta version of the Open Orders Page, I am not able to highlight and copy text, such as channel order number, customer name, and postcode. These details are often used to check/match orders back in the platform or third-party software.

  6. Special Delivery Orders not being marked as despatched after manifesting

    An ongoing issue that means when a special delivery order is manifested it is not getting marked as despatched. Therefore if there is any delay for these orders, the tracking states RM are still expecting the shipment, even though they already have it. Doesn't happen with RM24, they are showing as despatched as normal, only seems to affect Specials,

  7. Show Address Book Entries in Search Results

    We are a new user to Click & Drop having moved from a different system & are very impressed with how it operates.

    We are finding it time-consuming having to click on each individual funnel (on each column) to search through records by typing customer's postcode, order number, receiver's name, or company name to find entries.

    Would it be possible to have our Address Book data searchable in the main grey search box on the top right-hand side, with the results shown under a heading ‘Address book’, as it is for ‘Orders’, ‘Pages and actions’ & ‘Help’.

  8. Ensure that the Status Page link is correctly and speedily updated

    Today 29th January Click & Drop has not been allowing purchases for the last two or three hours. There are multiple instance on DownDetector of your customeres trying to report this problem, but the status page is still saying "Jan 29, 2023 No incidents reported today."

  9. Shopify Integration: Include non-shippable products in shipping updates

    If a Shopify order contains a non-shipable product add-on (like engraving or gift wrap) the App doesn't update the order status to fulfilled when the label is printed. Which it did previously.

    Shopify handles these product enhancements as a non-standard temporary product which has no option to set a 'Product Location' or 'Requires Shipping' status.

    I won't be the only person seeing certain orders not switch to being fulfilled when the label is printed.

    The prior version just marked the shopify order fulfilled when the label was printed. You probably need an option to allow this or all these orders…

  10. Add tracking numbers to confirmation email

    Currently the order confirmation email gives the name and address + QR code for each parcel but not the tracking number, it would be very useful if you could add that please to save logging in and going through order by order to get them.

  13. Future dated for shipping rules

    Shipping rules to integrate with future dating orders (for example, future date them x amount of days)
    To allow postage to automatically apply, print and pack the order but it won't be manifested until manually done or x amount of days have passed.

  15. Amend a Future Despatch Date

    As a mailing house we often future date orders so we can fulfil the items and print and attach the generated labels. Recently we had 6,000 items packed and ready to despatch but was then informed by our client we could not send the items. However the items would manifest in 2 days time as the future date would be met. There is no option to put items on hold or to add a week or more onto the future date. When i spoke to the help team i was told we would need to re-apply postage and print 6,000…

  16. Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label

    As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:

    (a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
    (b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.

    Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.

    It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

  17. Increase Maximum Search / Filter Length

    In the last 4 months click and drop reduced the filter characters, this means that I can no longer print my orders in batches it took months of phone calls to work out what had gone wrong. Simply put, a job which I could do in under an hour is now taking me 8 hours due to this change. Please increase the characters on search filter again.

  18. Print CN Document and Shipping Label Together, Not Grouped by Document Type

    Please can you change the Click and Drop label system. We send numerous bulk parcels overseas and it is very confusing when the postage label and customs label are printed separately. We would greatly appreciate this be looked into. Thank you

  19. Show the Parcel ID in Click and Drop

    As Amazon now seems to require the Parcel ID entering for STL Large Letter orders (for Valid Tracking Rate) we really need the Parcel ID to appear in Click and Drop and also the Despatched/Manifested order reports. At present we can only retrieve this from the label above the 2D barcode.

    We don't use the Amazon integration so even if the Parcel ID now gets passed automatically to Amazon we cannot make use of it.

  20. Allow Changing Orders From Despatched to Label Generated

    If a user has accidentally moved an order to Despatched, you can no longer book a collection for it.

    We batch our collections and purchase these at the end of each day, but if another user has accidentally marked a label as dispatched we cannot add it to the collection for the following day. This means we have to dispatch it using the RM website and as these accounts are not linked, we cannot track this on C&D.
