  1. Bug: Editing Customer or Product Details Not Reflected In Saved Products & Address Book Entries

    When you edit the customer address / product details during create an order, if you delete a line of text, it shows correctly on screen. However, the printed label (and entry in the address book) has the original line of text rather than the blank field.

    The only way around this is to edit the address / product data in the address book / product list before creating a new order.

    This needs correcting, as I often end up having to request a refund for labels because of this.

  3. Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items

    I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?

    It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

  4. reinstate the availability of printing QR label for tracked services at delivery offices

    Previously I was able to get my QR label for tracked services printed at the delivery office. This service has now been removed, probably as not all offices could print the label. Surely the proper thing to do was to give all offices this ability instead of removing the service from all. Not everyone has a printer that is good enough to ensure the QR and barcodes are printed correctly.

  5. Charging The 16p Supplement Charge Separately Causing Issues With Accounts Software Package

    This is causing havoc with my accounts package. If I have to pay an extra 16pence, it should be taken off at source, as it is difficult to balance books with an after the fact transaction.

  6. Remove sender address history

    I regularly use the Royal Mail website for click & drop for my business. When sending an item & choosing a return address for 'where are you sending it from?' I have an array of addresses come up as I have moved house a few times over the last couple of years. It would be great if there was the option to delete some of these addresses to make it easier for me to select my current and only address.

  7. Editing Return Address and Removing Duplicates

    Using other addresses for return labels, moving house, errors can all impact on the return address function. Unfortunately the system saves all of these for eternity. Could there be an edit/delete function to ensure accuracy? Less waste and diversion?

  8. Service Total Including VAT Is Sometimes Incorrect

    We have noticed that on occasion the price of a service + VAT sums to a 1p more or less than the total.

    This has meant we have had to manually reconcile accounts.

  9. Add tracking numbers to confirmation email

    Currently the order confirmation email gives the name and address + QR code for each parcel but not the tracking number, it would be very useful if you could add that please to save logging in and going through order by order to get them.

  11. Country of Origin codes

    Under Settings/Customs, the drop down menu for Country of Origin needs to separate Northern Ireland from the rest of the UK (GB).
    Since January 2022 the Country of Origin code for Northern Ireland is XI.

    For GB it is XU.

  12. Please add 1st Class shipping/tracking numbers to the orders like tracked orders

    Hi, would it be possible to add the shipping/tracking number for regular 1st Class postage to the orders in the same way that it is for "tracked" orders please? I don't need fully tracked, I only need the delivery status, but I need that number synced with Shopify so that Paypal releases my funds when an order is delivered to the customer. It's such a pain to have to enter them all in manually every day. It would be so helpful if this was implemented. Thanks a lot

  13. Stop Auto-Filling Customs Description

    The customs description "auto looks up" based on commodity code and replaces the description on the labels printed.

    However the description against a code is not necessarily the actual contents. For example 9209940000 covers parts and accessories for music equipment described in 9207xxxxxx and it automatically puts "guitar knob" every time on the documents despite me entering an accurate description "Electronic display for music synthesizer".

    It means that the package is returned by the destination countries customs agents, due to an inaccurate contents' description.

  14. Ability to Filter the Collections Grid

    "My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).

    I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.

    Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.

  15. Provide an option to report errors

    On the top menu have a "report a problem" option. When a system error opccurs it is extremely difficult to inform you about it, you should make it easier for customers to help you. They face a problem, they report the problem immediately, it is logged and you monitor the logs and take action. Your Status Page show everything fine yet I am unable to process payment, I go to down detector and find others have same problem... this should be visible in the site and customers will make life easier for you and visibility of issues makes it easier…

  16. Ensure that the Status Page link is correctly and speedily updated

    Today 29th January Click & Drop has not been allowing purchases for the last two or three hours. There are multiple instance on DownDetector of your customeres trying to report this problem, but the status page is still saying "Jan 29, 2023 No incidents reported today."

  17. Support More Than 1 Collection or More Items

    I can only book a single collection for any given day with a maximum of 10 items in a given collection.

    It would be convenient if more items could be collected in a single booking, or multiple collections booked for a given day.

    Have different options for label size and layout to suit common thermal label sizes, particularly for letter small parcel click and drop. If QR code has to be particular size consider having on separate label.

  19. Revert back to previous order of printing labels and CN22

    The print order seems to have changed again recently, for the worst.

    Previously the CN22 was always printed on the top left of an A4. This meant that you could select a DIFFERENT position for the postage label. Now both the CN22 and the postage label are set up to be printed in the same location. Not very convenient.

    This does not seem to be adequately covered in the settings options.

    Ideally it should be possible to select a different position for each of the Label and CN22. If not revert back to the previous situation of the CN22 always…
