Retain selected items after applying postage
If you tick certain orders in the 'New Order' folder and apply postage to an order all the ticked items are de-ticked.
It use to be that these ticked items were retained as ticked. Please change this back.
Please can you re-add this feature.

Allow update tags
Can only set tags on create
Too inflexible especially when the orders in click & drop are created by some third party integration.
Would be super useful if we can edit tags even after an order has bee created

please explain how new 'Auto Print' will operate with API
We're concerned to see you're discontinuing support for the 'Print Assist' integration. Despite your claim that you had previously let people know about the new 'Auto Print' introduction from 1/10/24, with only 2 weeks to go, yesterday was first time your announcement was made on the CnD website and we have not had any email notification prior to this.
We use the click and drop API and not the C&D desktop app. As there is no "automatic print" of created labels with the API integration available (like there was with the Dropbox integration) we retrieve and send a label pdf…

show maxmimum possible price for the chosen service, or price guide that retlates to account
The reason given for not showing us the price for a service is that prices are not calculated until after they are manifested because of discounts. But what I would like to see, when I am choosing a service, is the price of that service before it is discounted. For me this is so that I can see the prices that I should be charging the customer. If not this then a price guide that relates to the service that I'm using on the main menu because I find it hard to find the price guide that relates to my…

In manifested orders, show what the price of the postage was.
When I read my statement it is hard to work out what each package cost to post. I have to look at the statement and then try to work out which package each item relates to. It would be much easier to see this information if the cost was shown next to each package.

Import Shopify orders for specified locations only
We have a Shopify setup with multiple locations - retail stores and an ecommerce warehouse. At present Click and Drop pulls in orders for all locations, regardless of the location selected for the integration. This means that our retail store orders come in to Click and Drop as well and are in danger of being duplicated. Please only import orders for the specified location.

CSV download
All of your reports are available as XLS downloads - can you please offer these as CSV downloads, so that they are able to be imported into other systems?
We run multiple systems and would look to import tracking details into accounting systems, and online shopping systems, and they all take CSV as the standard format for any data import. Currently we have to download the XLS, open it in Office, and export as a CSV.

change the flow when postage is applied to multiple orders.
When applying postage to more than one orders it takes you to the batches/batch details page. Once postage is applied please just have it go straight back to orders like it does when applying postage to a single order.

add Shipping Service to Despatch note
It would be great for us to have the name of the shipping service for the order added to the despatch note under the barcode.
This means when we take the label off the integrated sticker paper and stick it on the parcel we can check that the service on the thermal label matches the order. We use this with the Scan and print function.
We are an online jewellery store and the despatch notes on C&D help unify all our selling platforms. I.E NOTHS, SHOPIFY, WOOCOMMERCE

Print the Customer's Name on Returns Label
Allow the customer's name to be displayed on Returns labels. At the moment we have to cross reference their address on another system. It only shows their returns address, not the customer name.

Re-instate 'Product Details' into the batches page
Since this function has been removed our order processing time has dramatically increased.
Historically, we would batch our orders into product types, and then within the batches page, we would open that batch and it would show each product description, so we can quickly note the size or colour etc for each order.
Since this has been removed, we either have to open each order individually, or we have to head back to the marketplace of each order and search for each one.
Please re-instate this.

Incorrect tax calculations for international orders via Shopify and Click&Drop integration
We've identified inaccuracies in tax calculations for international orders within the Royal Click and Drop system. Despite our Shopify platform accurately pricing and taxing orders, an additional tax amount is being erroneously added when processed through Royal Mail Click and Drop, resulting in incorrect totals.
To illustrate this issue, please see the following order example:
Within our international Shopify order, item prices are clearly displayed, with the subtotal in EURO inclusive of tax at €17.99. The total order value is €102.80, equivalent to approximately £87.82 based on the current exchange rate.

Access to International Heavier through click & drop
If I want to send an International Heavier parcel I cannot do this through Click & Drop. This tends to mean I don't use this service as it is not part of the click & drop offering. As it is a Royal Mail service I do not know why it cannot be included.

Allow orders to import from WooCommerce with status' other than "Processing"
Please allow order to be imported from WooCommerce integration with order status' other than "Processing".
As with many stores we take Pre-Orders and Back-Orders for out of stock items, we use custom order status' and the "On hold" status to separate these from newly created "Processing" orders.
We then can't have these import into Click & Drop properly and have to make them manually as Click & Drop can't see anything other than "Processing".
Please create an extra field in the settings page where we could write in the extra status' we want to import. Or have the plugin scan…

Urgently Stop Allowing Free Unauthorised Tracked Returns
Click & Drop allows the public to send anything back using our Tracking numbers for free at any time for any reason and we are not told.
I discovered this when I was billed for a Return to Sender label but I don't have Tracked return labels set up in my OBA account.
Trying to understand how I have been billed for a Return to Sender label, I went on the public Click & Drop website and discovered that it was possible to book a collection for a free return by entering one of our Tracked 24/48 or Special Delivery…

increase image size in product details column
Please increase the image size in the product details column. It is so small at present it is very hard to distinguish what the product really is.

Order checkboxes not de-selecting
When multiple orders are selected to generate labels they then move to the 'Orders ready for despatch' section. When you view that section the checkboxes for those orders are sill selected. As I have discovered, when you go to delete a single order from the three dot menu within the order, any other orders with checkboxes still selected are also deleted. This is a major flaw and does not happen in the old interface.
