Bug - Notification uses sender email instead of recipient email
When generating an order with Click & Drop API, email notification goes to sender email address, not recipient email address. Can clearly see in our request we are sending the correct information.

make the shipping Cost option editable on the Address details Page
When you manually enter an order on Click and Drop there is an option for the Shipping Cost Box.
After an order is entered there is no option to enter a cost in this box.
I propose The Shipping Cost should be available to edit on the Address details page.4 votes -
Bug: Tracked 48 orders not Showing "We've got it" in click and drop - Just "Manifested" lable
Tracked 48 orders in the click and drop orders screen for business customers seems only to be showing "Manifested" status and not pulling through the "We've got it"
Click and Drop - Just shows Lable Generated > Despatched > Manifested
Royal Mail Website - Shows "We've got it"
Click and Drop order flow is missing the "We've got it" stage before "Delivered"
Please confirm you can replicate, and this bug will be fixed?

I think Click & Drop should pull in the tax info from eBay’s new “Tax details” section and add it to the address label.
eBay used to include things like ABN numbers (for Australia, Norway, etc.) in the address itself, so they automatically showed up when printing with Royal Mail. Now they’ve moved that info to a separate “Tax details” section, and Click & Drop doesn’t pick it up anymore.
It would really help if that tax number could still be added somewhere on the label, so the customer wont get charged twice.4 votes -
Pass through References from Click and Drop to Invoice for Tracked 24/48
When using Tracked 24/48, no reference is carried through from the Click and Drop orders to the generated OBA order or the Invoice. This makes tying up payments to the correct job very difficult for our Accounts Team, as usually we reference the Job Number in the Product Description field. With Tracked batches there is just a random order number generated which doesn't help anything. Using Departments is not the solution, as we have a unique job number / reference number for every order we do.

Change C&D so that it pulls through the weight of the item when bulk printing
When you tick lots of orders, so that you can bulk edit, it then asks the weight. but each order has a different weight. if bulk editing, it should blank out the order weight field and pull in the induvial orders weight so that I can select the same postage option for lots of different orders. otherwise I now have to create each shipping label separately and this is very time consuming.

Allow notes to be added to label
When I send click and drop parcels, sometimes I need to be able to quickly show my partner which product he should be packing - if I could add this to the area that says "customer ref" on the posting label it'd help us a lot rather than having to hand write this info so it doesn't get mixed up.

Don't require gray mailsack for 20 or less items
I am not having my gray mail sacks delivered and have been using bin bags for a long time now. I think maybe I am low priority because I don't have much to post (sales are slow atm) it would stop me having to constantly chase up mail bags and borrowing them from the post office if I could just hand them in or post them in a letter box as they are always large letters.

Will I get an apology from admin for declining my bug notification?
CN22 total weight of items was always wrong because it matched the package label weight instead of just being a calculated weight of the items in the CN22.
I notified click and drop about this bug a long time ago and it was declined and I was told specifically that I was wrong and it was working correctly.
So can someone tell me why this issue has just been quietly fixed?

PDDP parcels to USA, compensation on MPR
Instead of using MP7 for parcels to USA, I now have to use MPR in order to be able to pre-pay the USA Tariff. However, the compensation level on this is only £50, when on MP7 it was £150 I believe? Why is this?
The reason I am asking here is because communication with RM is virtually impossible. Phone calls take hours to be answered and emails more than a week, if you receive any response at all.

Show total number of parcels on manifest
The Parcelforce manifest doesn't show the total number of parcels sent, it only shows the number of consignments. We need to know the total number of parcels the driver is taking.

We would like to be able to generate individual manifests for Royal Mail & Parcelforce without having to click on each individual consignment. The collections times are 2 hours apart and often add more parcels to send with Royal Mail

Synchronisation planned despatch dates between shopify and click and drop
We can synchronise our website orders onto click and drop to create the shipment label. However, there seems no way for the planned despatch date to synchronise? This means we have to manually select shipments in click and drop and apply the planned despatch date. We have lots of different orders with different planned despatch dates so it would be very useful to have if possible?

Can't change sender name in the customs forms
It has been impossible for me to be able to change the sender name in the customs fields as it brings up the wrong name. Nowhere in the settings am I able to find a way to change this. Nothing that comes up matches the name that prints on the customs forms.

You should be able to change your sender name in your trading name settings. However, there is currently a problem with this for certain destinations and services. We are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible and we will update this page when it is fixed.

Allow easy trading name changes in new orders (from Shopify)
There should be the option to select between trading names for new orders - even if you have a default trading name selected.
It doesn't allow you to do that for new orders coming from Shopify integration.
To change trading name (for occasional shipments with a different shipping pickup or location) you have to manually fill in the recipient address in a new order. Only then can you pick the trading name.
This is very time consuming and tedious.
The option should be available for all new orders selected for label purchase.

Can you explain why eBay order imports via your integration are only refreshed every 15 minutes? This delay creates serious workflow issues.
For example, our post office closes at 4:45pm. To avoid the queue, we leave by 4:30pm. That means we have to create our manifest at 4:00pm to close bags, print tags, and load the car. But if a customer places an important order at 3:59pm, it doesn’t appear in Click & Drop until up to 15 minutes later. Add a 15-minute queue at the post office and we’ve missed the collection — which leads to late dispatches…

I suggest you send parcels to the correct location. I relied on your services for starting my new business, planning to upgrade to your business account when shipments increased to your minimum. However on my second week after opening you sent nearly all of my orders to England for sorting when they were dropped off in Northern Ireland and meant to be delivered to Northern Ireland addresses.
