Smaller Shipping Label Formats
I send parcels to family in Australia and the postage is often significantly cheaper online but if it’s a small package, the label that prints out is too big for the available space. Is there a way to print out a smaller version of the postage label rather than having to pay a higher price at the Post Office?

Option to Use Channel Order Reference as the 'Commercial Invoice' Number
We are getting busier with overseas orders and each month we have to go through the orders and process them by manually adding the 'commercial Invoice' details (number and date) for every overseas order.

Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent
Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

Show Username in Dashboard and Header
Can you please look into having the username clearly visible on the Dashboard of the Click and Drop Accounts. As a large Mailing House and since the swtich off of STL/SD1/T24 etc on OBA, we now have access to 12 C&D accounts, all with different end billing account numbers. This number is growing each week. We really need the username/account name to be visble somewhere on the Dashboard as we are alwasy swapping bewtween these accounts and it is very easy to genrate an order on the wrong account. Label Generation: Customise Document / Label Order
We have set Click & Drop for returns labels to print as well as the send-to address labels.
Consensus amongst the despatch staff is we don't want this because the send-to label comes out first, so they will end up using the wrong label. The despatch process is that the last task is to put the send-to address label on the packet.
I know you may think this is splitting hairs, but the reality is if we can’t have the returns label come out first, it’s useless. It’s just not worth taking the risk that parcels will be returned to…

Improve Post Code Validation
UK Postcodes. C&D accepts normal postcodes as eg AB12x3CD and AB123CD as valid but rejects AB12xx3CD as invalid (x represents a space). Surely it should be simple enough to either strip all spaces or reject those with no spaces.

Amend a Future Despatch Date
As a mailing house we often future date orders so we can fulfil the items and print and attach the generated labels. Recently we had 6,000 items packed and ready to despatch but was then informed by our client we could not send the items. However the items would manifest in 2 days time as the future date would be met. There is no option to put items on hold or to add a week or more onto the future date. Add Order Totals, Order Line Totals and Tax to Despatch Note
Currently the dispatch note displays the product items but not costs. It would be handy to have an option to display this, along with a breakdown of tax and postage costs.

Add Custom Label Positioning to OBA / Business Accounts
If you buy the suggested labels - 4 per page - you cannot choose the position of the label.
If you have small order numbers, you end up with lots of label sheets with unusable labels. This is wasteful. Bizarrely, personal accounts are able to customise the position.

CN22 for BFPO
All BFPO require a CN22. Also in order to get the correct postage customers need to use the BF1 Postcode rather than the BFPO. BF1 and BFPO are classed as UK addresses, All BF1 postcodes and BFPO should automatically generate a CN22 like overseas addresses do.

Show Package Format on Open Orders Page
On the orders open page there are lots of headings to choose from to display or hide, but there isn't a way of showing if the items are parcels or large letters.

WooCommerce Orders Are Importing with 'Unrecognised' Country.
When orders made via WooCommerce transfer over to Click & Drop, the county names are not displayed, and instead it shows the ISO codes provided by WooCommerce.
This request is to have these codes mapped to the county names to enable addresses to be complete and correct to avoid undelivered orders.

Shopify Orders Not Showing In Search
Shopify orders cannot be searched by any details (order ref / buyer name / address) using the search feature.
This issue has been going on since the start of the year.

Display the Barcode in the Orders panel
When we purchase labels to send international, a barcode is being generated and placed on the labels.
In order to speed up the proof of postage process when dropping them at the office, they give us a receipt with all the barcodes dispatched that day.
However, those barcodes are nowhere to be seen in the control panel, so it is impossible to connect the dots if one of those orders gets lost to quickly identify, raise a lost inquire form, etc..
Can you add that Barcode code in the orders panel please?

Allow Filtering of Orders by Trading Name
I would love an option to filter Orders by Trading Name, so they can be processed separately. It's very time-consuming to filter by channel.
