Special Delivery Orders not being marked as despatched after manifesting
An ongoing issue that means when a special delivery order is manifested it is not getting marked as despatched. Therefore if there is any delay for these orders, the tracking states RM are still expecting the shipment, even though they already have it. Doesn't happen with RM24, they are showing as despatched as normal, only seems to affect Specials,

Stop Auto-Filling Customs Description
The customs description "auto looks up" based on commodity code and replaces the description on the labels printed.
However the description against a code is not necessarily the actual contents. For example 9209940000 covers parts and accessories for music equipment described in 9207xxxxxx and it automatically puts "guitar knob" every time on the documents despite me entering an accurate description "Electronic display for music synthesizer".
It means that the package is returned by the destination countries customs agents, due to an inaccurate contents' description.

Ability to Filter the Collections Grid
"My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).
I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.
Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.

Provide an option to report errors
On the top menu have a "report a problem" option. When a system error opccurs it is extremely difficult to inform you about it, you should make it easier for customers to help you. They face a problem, they report the problem immediately, it is logged and you monitor the logs and take action. Your Status Page show everything fine yet I am unable to process payment, I go to down detector and find others have same problem... this should be visible in the site and customers will make life easier for you and visibility of issues makes it easier…

Ensure that the Status Page link is correctly and speedily updated
Today 29th January Click & Drop has not been allowing purchases for the last two or three hours. There are multiple instance on DownDetector of your customeres trying to report this problem, but the status page is still saying "Jan 29, 2023 No incidents reported today."

Be able to Manifest all or some items in a batch
We have 175 items in a batch. All labels have been generated and items are ready to post. However 43 items are for overseas which we currently are unable to despatch due to Royal Mail. I can't just select the UK orders and Manifest. Should be able to Manifest items within a batch

Support More Than 1 Collection or More Items
I can only book a single collection for any given day with a maximum of 10 items in a given collection.
It would be convenient if more items could be collected in a single booking, or multiple collections booked for a given day.

Support More Label & Document Sizes
Have different options for label size and layout to suit common thermal label sizes, particularly for letter small parcel click and drop. If QR code has to be particular size consider having on separate label.

Multi select different orders for different products and apply the same postage
As the product weight is already stored I want to be able to multi select DIFFERENT products and apply the same postage. So 20 orders are royal mail tracked 24 but are different products. At the moment you can only do this for items that weigh the same as you have to add the order weight again.

Assign postage rules by product name
I want the system to be able to automatically apply a postal service based on the name of the product. You can do it by price but if a large letter size and a small parcel size has the same price then it wont work.
As the order comes in I want it to know what service it is usually sent on and applies it automatically.1 vote -
Edit Package Contents use entered item weight
New products in WooCommerce don't carry over the item weight to Click and Drop.
For example: my 'New Item' is 20g, but my total package weight comes to 150g, after I apply postage it stores 'New Item' weight as 150g - the weight of the whole package.
If I go to 'edit package contents' and enter the 'New Item' weight (20g), BEFORE I apply postage, it still stores "New Item' weight as that of the whole package.
Is there a way of making it remember the correct weight?1 vote -
Automatic Total on CN22
When creating manual orders the total order value has to be input on the first create order page and is optional. When creating orders that need a CN22, the value of each item has to be input, but the total value for the CN22 is taken from the optional order value field on the first create order page. I request that a modification is made so that the system adds up the total value of the items on the CN22 and inserts that automatically into the total field. This would make life easier for users and also avoid errors.

Bug with Date Filter selecting incorrect date.
When you filter with the Date column by selecting October 31, changing the filter again will select the wrong date (one day earlier).
For example:
STEP 1: Click the Date filter (either Manifested or Open orders) tab, then on the calendar double-click to select October 31.October 31 will now show above in the Filter Value box in (hard to read) light grey.
STEP 2: Now double-click to select October 28 and it will instead incorrectly set October 27 as the date in the Filter Value box.
This occurred using the latest Chrome browser on Windows 10.

Import Customs Data From Shopify With Orders
I currently have to manually enter customs details even though they are already entered on Shopify. Surely the RM Click & Drop should just pull them through?

Option To Not Import 'Click & Collect' Orders
I would like an option that if someone has selected Click and Collect on the WooCommerce site that they aren't pulled through to click and drop.

Revert back to previous order of printing labels and CN22
The print order seems to have changed again recently, for the worst.
Previously the CN22 was always printed on the top left of an A4. This meant that you could select a DIFFERENT position for the postage label. Now both the CN22 and the postage label are set up to be printed in the same location. Not very convenient.
This does not seem to be adequately covered in the settings options.
Ideally it should be possible to select a different position for each of the Label and CN22. If not revert back to the previous situation of the CN22 always…

Editing manifested orders (add staff notes or channel reference)
Sometimes when we enter orders, the operative misses our invoice number in the channel reference, or forgets to put staff notes in there.
E.g, contents of a package may be missing.Once it has been manifested these fields are not editable.

Show Address Book Entries in Search Results
We are a new user to Click & Drop having moved from a different system & are very impressed with how it operates.
We are finding it time-consuming having to click on each individual funnel (on each column) to search through records by typing customer's postcode, order number, receiver's name, or company name to find entries.
Would it be possible to have our Address Book data searchable in the main grey search box on the top right-hand side, with the results shown under a heading ‘Address book’, as it is for ‘Orders’, ‘Pages and actions’ & ‘Help’.
