When & How is Click & Drop going to show the delivered information for Standard parcels using the new barcode label
We were promised that this summer if we upgraded to barcode labels we would be able to check that the parcel has been delivered. How is this going to show in C&D and wen ?
Delivery Confirmation is now available in Click & Drop for customers who have ordered the Parcel formats.

The Tracking column in Click and Drop only shows a tracking number for items for which tracking has been purchased. By contrast, delivery status is available for all UK parcels on the Royal Mail Track and Trace page. That status could be used to update the "Status" column in Click and Drop from "Despatched" to "Delivered".

Doesn't appear to be working. Parcels show as "Status: Sorry - we don't recognise that number.", large letters as "Status: The service used to send this item does not provide tracking information."

Delivery scan information for 2d barcodes was originally supposed to be available from Spring 2016, then Summer 2016, then October 2016. It is now November 2016. Any news on when this will launch for everyone instead of the select few?

The capability is currently being trialled to ensure the capability is working as designed for customers ordering the RM24 / 48 parcel product. Click and Drop will generate a 2D barcoded product which if you enter this onto the track your item page on www.royalmail.com you will be able to identify if your item has been delivered. When this capability is fully launched we will communicate this through the message centre we are about to make available within Click and Drop.
