Printable Picking List
Once an order (or number of orders) has been put into a batch, it would be most useful to allow a Batch Picking List to be printed (or exported) in order that those orders can be retrieved from the warehouse / stock room.
They could then be weighed in order to achieve the average weight needed to Apply Postage and continue the process.
For us (we sell on Amazon) the key fields needed on a Picking List would be:
Total Order Value (including any VAT)
Product Image (I believe this is available from Amazon)
Ideally, the report would be customisable to allow users to select fields for the report.
Thank you for your feedback. We have decided to decline this feature request. This is because as a shipping solution, Click & Drop does not handle packing and warehouse management.

We really need to be able to export open orders so we can quickly and easily print a picking list for all orders without having to copy and paste all of the details across to a picking list.
It would be ideal for everyone if the report / picking list can be fully customisable allowing users to select which orders are exported and which fields are on the report.
Ideal Optional fields to choose from would include - RM Order number, The source order number, Product SKU, Product image, Product name, Qty, Price, Product Location, Customer name, Delivery method, Batch number if a batch has been created.
I really hope this can be implemented soon, it has been under review for nearly two years, it shouldn't be too difficult to implement as it is already possible to create a report for despatched and manifested orders.
Thank you for considering

I can see that this was placed under review in November 2017, is there any movement on the development on this? It seems that a summary picking list would be the perfect addition to Click and Drop.

Hi, Just a small suggestion to what originally posted, C&D allows a product import with weights, images, Stock locations and other fields. Since stock location is part of import, it would be very useful if we can generate or export CSV/PDF file from imported orders and use as pick list. We normally book orders through third party software which is vital but takes time to book each order. if we can get this pick list working I can get my staff to start picking 9:00am sharp without waiting for invoices from system we use. Fields I would need as part of pick list are
Shipping Services (based on shipping rules or regardless of rules)

Hi I would like the Total Order to be on the picking list as it helps give you an indication how you want to send the item, i.e if it is over a certain amount you might want to put 'add signature' or 'special delivery' the picking list is far too simple. It needs to include more valuable fields. Not everyone can even use Stock Location - We aren't all big firms like AMAZON!!

Can I just add my support for this. I wrote an in-house script which collates all our orders, prints packing slips, generates upload to DMO (I hastily re-wrote this part to make it compatible with C&D)... and a picking sheet showing SKU, description and quantity.
At our busiest we were picking and packing 400+ orders in one go. Without this picking sheet we would have no chance.
I would love to get rid of my script and just use C&D for everything, it does 90% of what I want it to do including importing from Ebay/Amazon/Shopify, but without a picking sheet I can't use it for anything other than printing labels.

Thank you for your suggestion of having a Picking List feature in Click & Drop. This feature is being reviewed by the Development Team, and we will keep you updated with any information about when any work is scheduled to be carried out on this feature.
The Click & Drop Team
Why has this not been done yet!
please insert ' XLS' option at the 'new order stage' which will allow user to select which key field is needed for fulfillment purpose i.e batch number, product details etc.
thanks for looking into this
A fundamental basic necessity

It would be useful to be able to create a picking list before having to generate labels as we do not always know the weights of our deliveries until they have been picked and weighed.

Would be great if we could print our orders from Click and drop, would mean our order numbers would be in sync with click and drop when we come to print labels and dispatch. At present we have to cross reference eBay and Amazon orders back to Click and drop.
Perhaps the picking list can be combined onto the dispatch note?
THIS IS CALLED PRINT UNSHIPPED ITEMS THIS SHEET AS ALL OF THE INFOR WE NEED. SO THE PICKERS CAN DO THERE JOB BEFORE THE PACKERS CAN POST WE NEED THAT SHEET AS WELL AS THE POSTAGE SHEET TOGETHER SO THEY CAN BE PICKED AND PACKED
This export file should contain the business reference and the tracking number so that they can be uploaded in bulk.
It would be very useful if we were able to export orders into a csv file. One of the advantages of this is so that we can create picking lists for our warehouse. We currently use Linnworks and if we had this feature we would switch to click and drop.
Can we also produce picking lists?
