We need click and drop to hide or delete orders that have been fulfilled by other fulfillment centers. Or at least pick up on their fulfillment status.
You’ll be pleased to hear that we have added the option to mark orders as ‘Despatched by other courier’, which can be performed on the ‘Apply postage’ stage of order processing, or via shipping rules.
This will keep the order in Click & Drop, but it will not appear in your ‘New orders’, ‘Orders ready for printing’, ‘Orders ready for despatch’, or ‘Orders despatched today’ dashboard figures. You will not be able to apply postage or generate labels for orders marked as despatched by another courier, but you will be able to reset or delete the order if you decide.

How to delete orders in bulk that have dispatched by other couriers. I have 806 such orders in dashboard??
useless cannot delet orders that have a mistage. i typed in £27 instead of £1.27 cannot delete it. totally moronic. UPS here i come!!!!!!
Please allow the deletion of orders, I've created one by mistake and need to delete it
It is so time consuming having to sort through C&D orders to delete out those that have already been dispatched by other delivery methods and that have already had their status updated.

Planning has started on functionality that will allow users to mark an order as being fulfilled by an alternative method.
Once there is more detail about the feature and timescales, we will update you.

I agree. This is a pain and on numerous occasions ended up sending the buyer items twice.
