We would like to import details of our products into C&D, as we were told, during training, we could do.
We later found that this could not be done, but there was a work around.
Unfortunately the work around fails or gives you one order for every part line, requiring the deletion of every order, or the import fails with missing information.
So the work around does not work, unless we are building the file incorrectly, examples of a good file structure would be helpful.
If not possible is the facility likely to be added?

After speaking to tech support about the same thing, it seems there are several ways to import products to Click & Drop. The first is when you import orders through the channel integrations but the orders have to contain a single product item. Another way to import products is to do it through a CSV or XLS file which seems the best way to do it. I use Product Name, Product SKU, Weight in KG, Domestic Package Size, International Package Size, Product Price, Stock Location, Inventory and Image URL as my column titles in the spreadsheet file then fill in the products details for each of the columns and they import really quickly, https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/products/import/ hardest thing to remember was if I changed some details for my product import file I have to remember to change the create drop down on the product file import page to create & update so it updates products that are already there.

Seconded. At a basic level we need a products import function.
Even better would be the ability to sync product information with our integrated platforms.
Bigcommerce could do this via the API.
