Gosh, where to start....
I'm having real issues!
I use an iPad, the original OLP worked fine, this C&D does not!
I can't access the full menu as page doesn't scroll correctly.
I also really dislike the way it prints the label. It's tiny for a start, that I can deal with, but I don't like the fact that it prints out the proof of postage as well, such a waste of paper. We can't choose how many 'labels' to print on each page.
Please fix this Royal Mail, I literally have no idea why you have decided to change something that was working fine!?
Thanks for the reply.
Look forward to click and drop being optimised for ALL devices, hopefully won't be too long!

At the moment Click & Drop is only optimised for desktop use, and not for any tablet devices (Android or iOS), and so there may be some usability issues encountered when not using a desktop PC.
With regard to the Proof of Postage printing and multiple labels per sheet, both of these can be set from within the Templates section of the settings screen. However, as mentioned in Chris Boone's comment, you will need to be using a desktop PC to ensure that you can see the settings option.
As Click & Drop becomes optimised for additional devices and operating systems, we will update users accordingly.

Also, I contacted RM about the iPad issue.
Two week wait for a reply and it was simply....sorry for the inconvienience.
No response to my question on whether there would be any improvements made! :/
Chris Boone, it's so frustrating when using an iPad, you would have though that they would have optimised it, or even created an app so that iPad and phone users aren't being penalised!

I have just made exactly the same comment about not being able to access the full menus on an iPad about 3 or 4 suggestions down!
However you can stop it printing out proof of postage and you can set it to print out two or 4 labels on each page but you need to get onto a desktop computer and go into settings and select the label format you want and untck the proof of posting box
Ok, so an update incase anyone is having the same label issue as me!
When the postage is generated, it creates an a pop up for you to print. This has a full sheet of A4 printed
If you click back, instead of print, then go into orders....click on the one you want to print, this the gives you an option to regenerate label, simply click on postage, this will now only print the postage, not certificates or what ever else....thus leaving you with 1/2 an A4 sheet to reuse thru the printer! :)
