Why is it I pay Royal Mail for a service and they are unable to track the item? Why should I have to pay Royal Mail for tracking?
2 parcels have gone missing in two weeks.
I lose the item I sent, and the postage price.
Not only that, I stand the chance of losing the customer.
Why should I pay Royal Mail for the tracking? Is it nor Royal Mails responsibility to deliver the item I post?
Toe make a claim is so time consuming, I doubt many bother. After contacting Royal Mail, they said there is nothing they can do.
I have a solution: I know use Hermes. For the same price they track every item and are RESPONSIBLE for the delivery.
Shame on you Royal Mail.
I didnt find the process to daunting for claiming lost parcel, simple to add proof of postage and order details print out and dispatch it to royal mail.
