Populate CN22 Forms From Uploaded Products/Auto-Populate from API
We currently have the value added and 'other' selected by Click & Drop by default but adding the product description (linked to the SKU?) and weight (already stored) would save a lot of time. The SKU appears on shipping label already so there is some form of integration.
We are happy to announce that this functionality was added as part of our last major release. Thank you all for your suggestions.
Firstly, weights become a number plucked from the air. Secondly, the amounts do not appear in totals box. And thirdly, that's not how you spell 'peut-être'!
Looks like it may be working now. I just printed a label for export and to my surprise the quantity, description and weight were filled in on the CN22 as well as the value. That order only had (two of) one product. I don't know if it would work with multiple products but I hope it does.
Saved me faffing about to look up (or weigh) the product weights as well as the value.

Pre-filled out CN22/23 forms with product details (including description and HS Code, if available) feature is currently being worked on?
Is this available now?
How do i fill out the cn22 manually
I would also like to add that it would be great if we could upload a company signature to be automatically assigned to the CN22 with the date on the day the label is produced so that the CN22/CN23 is complete when printed.

Agreed, it's great having the CN22 printed by default but was hoping it would add in the product information too.

It seems like only the total price is populated. It would be great if the product names would populate in the description and the weights etc.

Yes, I wondered why it couldn't use a bit more of the available information to populate the form further.
