System is far too prescriptive and doesn't recognise common addresses
Your click and drop system is HOPELESS.
First it forces you to put in a name. Many people sending messages to businesses won't have a name.
Second, it won't accept the HMRC Tax Credits postcode of:
HM Revenue and Customs
Tax Credit Office
BX9 1ER
United Kingdom
https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs/contact/tax-credits-enquiries
I would have thought that quite a few people would be sending messages to this address... not through click and drop apparently.
Hopeless!

Month on and no comment from Admin.
What annoys me the most is that the address format is NOT what RM tells us to use. The automatic search adds the county and does not add the town or city in capitals.
Therefore I either use the proper RM address search page or I leave the address improperly formatted.
How difficult is it to use your own database to look up the addresses ?? -

Similarly I have sent to business addresses but there may be insufficient fields in the address to satisfy the required fields e.g Barclays Bank plc
Leicester
LE87 2BB
There is no first or second name and does not allow the information until they are completed. I have found a way around this but it is quite unprofessional and that is to enter a full stop in first and second name fields to satisfy the requirements - it works - but the system needs amending for these types of addresses.
