Please return error message in result file upon import failure
In DMO, if an import file failed due to invalid format or service not allowed for destination country or invalid postcode, it returned an error message which our in-house system displayed. This does not happen in Click and Drop which represents a loss of functionality. We can still login to view the error message but it's more hassle.
To fix this problem, simply include the error message and any other info about it in the file that ends up in the Archive/Errors folder. Then our sytem will be able to fish it out and display it.

Would really like this feature for validating errors automatically. As it stands when we get an error file back we have to guess what caused the error or log in to see the message (as noted in the author's post)
DMO on demand has
1). Error messages if import failed
2). Ability to reprint a label
3). Ability to cancel label
all under our in-house software
Royal Mail are advertising CnD on demand as a replacement, but it is nothing of the sort, if you have to manually log on website for these things.
