Etsy Variations not showing
C&D is great by the way.
At the moment when C&D pulls in an order from Etsy it does not show the size/variation of that order. Each of my Etsy listings could have up to 15 sizes. I need the sizes showing in C&D as this indicates what postage I need ie. Large letter, Small parcel, large parcel. I also use this to select which orders I print and then post myself [small items] or send to my print partner [big items]. Currently I am having to search by name and select the orders which is very time consuming.
Please note that Etsy has standard and custom variations. I have created a custom variation for my sizes as I need both A-sizes and inches. Could you please take this into consideration.
If you need any further information please contact me.
Hi all and thanks for your suggestions.
We are reviewing this issue to see exactly what data we can import from Etsy.
Click & Drop is able to recognise different product details if the product SKUs are different, so we will investigate what might be happening in the scenarios you have described.
I’ll post an update as soon as I can.

I've just swapped to Click & Drop due to Etsy's label system having its own issues with posting reference numbers in tracking areas making me spend time replying to customers that don't have tracking.
I've came here as a solution, and the most basic possible function isn't available.
Everything I sell comes in atleast 3 sizes, all changing the weight and size of the packaging.
All items have seperate SKU's and prices.
Why can't your system tell an order apart when it has a different SKU, weight and price?
Instead of being able to print all of my orders, I need to go through each one individually and update the information (which then overwrites the previous information so it is constantly changing) instead of the system realising that there is essentially 3 different products for variations.
I don't want to have 3-9 listings for one product on Etsy just to fix the label issues here.
I've also noticed a lot of people mentioning that it works on Amazon and Ebay, so why not here??
Literally the biggest headache ever. No variations make it an impossible task to fulfill custom or made to order items, and now OBA has been withdrawn Royal Mail has essentially left us stranded. Just add variations on a dispatch not for us and it's problem solved!
Though personalisation in variations still doesn't work
I can confirm that it works now if you'd choose different SKUs for each variation.

Please, please fix it! I need it desperately!
Does anyone from RM ever check these forums? The problem is vital, it's been two years since the first mentioning and still nothing! C&D is literally useless for me until this bug is fixed.
I have only recently started selling on Etsy and was disappointed to notice that the variation was not included in C&D like it would in orders from my own Website, Amazon or Ebay. Has there not been a further update to this yet or does the error lie with Etsy?

Variations in the dispatch note are essential. We have products with 30 or 40 variations each.
On the dispatch note we printed as test, it has only Qty, SKU, Name and Stock location columns. Also the SKU and Name both show the product Title only, and is entered twice with no mention of the variation description!
This issue also extends to the definition of SKU. Etsy only recently introduced the concept of an SKU and some sellers on Etsy still rely on the listing identifier (listing_id). This has implications when it comes to the mapping of products in C&D. We have uploaded all of our products (with weights etc.) using the Etsy listing identifier but these are not recognized by C&D as the SKU field being imported from Etsy is blank.
The SKU field should take priority for those Etsy sellers who have migrated but it would be appreciated if the integration could reference the listing_id field in cases where the SKU is blank.
Having variations show up on the dispatch note is absolutely vital for us Etsy sellers. Not having this feature is the sole reason why I've not carried on using Click&Drop.
