Choose which order statuses to import from WooCommerce
Currently, the WooCommerce integration with the Click & Drop system pulls through all orders that have a status of "Processing". This does not allow for a productive workflow for any customers that use custom order statuses. The "Processing" status simply means that the order has been paid for, all orders with this status are not necessarily ready to be shipped.
For example, my customer uses several shipping services, if we could choose which order status to import into the system we could assign each shipping service with a custom status ie "Dispatch With Royal Mail". This way we will know that all orders that are pulled through into Click & Drop are ready to be dispatched with Royal Mail and a batch process can be completed without the need to manually remove any orders from the list.
Until this is implemented the integration with WooCommerce is unfit for purpose for any store that uses custom order statuses or creates products to order, which I suspect is a significant amount of customers.
The WooCommerce integration was created with the standard version in mind.
Unfortunately due to the customisability of WooCommerce, we cannot cater for customised order statuses, and will not be looking to do so anytime in the near future.
Should this change we will let users know any schedules.
The Click & Drop Team
you obviously do have the ability to identify shipping methods and then make them selectable by the customer in the C&D UI because It's technically possible and probably quite straightforward. Other than validating addresses, this is my number one pain point when using the Woo integration.

Well, that's ridiculous. All eCommerce platforms are customisable, and as the other commenter has stated the ability to import specific statuses would be useful on all platforms.
The entire Click & Drop system seems to be built for customers that only ship physical items, on the same day as the purchase, using royal mail. In the real world shop, owners use multiple different shipping services and provide customisation to orders which can take time to complete. It is for these reasons that the current Click & Drop service will be abandoned by hundreds of users.
Some of the changes that have been introduced to the system look great, but that's all pointless unless you give your customers some ability to customise the workflow to fit their requirements.
By either allowing users to import specific statuses or at the very least mapping statuses to Click & Drop Statuses, you would open up endless possibilities for advanced workflows. By ignoring this request you take one further step towards losing another set of clients due to poor customer service.

Is there any update on this suggestion?

This would be true of all platforms, and not just Woo though - if orders equally from NOTHS which were set to ship with services other than RM weren't pulled through would also be a bonus
