Barcode reference **** is not valid
Dear Click & Drop team,
Since 13 March 2018 Delivery Confirmation is working on any CRL24 Large Letter bar codes.
We have sent around 100 Large Letter packages between 13 March 2018 and 22 March 2018 and when checking the delivery confirmation we are greeted with one of the following errors on the Track & Trace website:
1)A blank screen that says:
"Track and Trace - Track your Item
Check the progress of your deliveries"
2) "Barcode reference **** is not valid"
3) "Tracking not available for this service"
Since the Delivery Confirmation was introduced for LL late last year it has been working great but since the big update to Click & Drop last week - Tuesday 13 March 2018 - the delivery confirmation for Large Letter send via Click & Drop using the CRL24 code does not work. There are several people commenting on this problem on eBay seller boards as well as some on this C&D website.
Can you guys please pass this into on to the relevant department (I can sully lots of 2D Barcodes if you need them) as I have sent in a few emails to Click & Drop Support but have not had any reply from them.
Delivery confirmation is available for customers who post on the RM24/48 postage products for both Large letter and Parcel formats. Its also available for the Parcel format for STL and BPL postage products,.

Hello, is this working now, do delivery confirmations come up, from labels? We are keen to start using the system again, but if there are bugs I would prefer to hold off. Thanks.
I'm having the same problem. Every time I take my large letter parcels to the post office, the barcode doesn't work when scanned. It's been happening since I started using click & drop in February. The post office said that I probably need a new ink cartridge, but I bought a new one and there is still a problem. I recently returned an Amazon package with a printable barcode and it scanned with no problem.
It needs fixing!

This has been happening for two weeks, How long does it take to fix this problem which is at the core of the click and drop service for business - simply saying that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible is simply unacceptable - you would think that working to targets was the norm for a delivery company - How about a date for these problems to be resolved rather than a general meaningless message - which is given to every question - it means absolutely nothing and carries no weight whatsoever - After two weeks you would expect the tracking team to have solved this problem and if they are incapable maybe get a team of expert consultants to sort out the 'problem'
I am getting this for every item we send with the code BPL.
Every single order form the 16th March we get "Tracking not available for this service"
I have tried to contact click and drop a number of times and they just pass me on to Royal Mail business who then say its a click and drop issue.
An update would be great or even to acknowledge my emails would be helpful.

'tracking' is still borked.
delivery confirmation numbers for orders processed on the 14th & 15th March are not working.
They say either the 'Barcode reference is not valid' or 'Tracking information is not available for this service'
The numbers for these 2 days all begin with 1F and not 32 as they usually do.
Orders since that date still not working hardly any work
