Please add FULL support for Printed Papers up to the 5kg limit, not just up to 2kg
Hi,
Although this has been marked as solved in a recent update it doesn't actually seem to be
You can still only send parcels up to 2kg using Click & Drop. I have confirmed this by attempting an upload whilst being guided by Mohammed at Click & Drop support on the phone this morning.
The system still refuses international parcels over 2kg even when they are marked as Printed Papers.
We have been told our only option (once DMO is gone) is to take the parcels to the Post Office or Parcelforce counter and pay the walk-up price which obviously isn't acceptable.
So please can you confirm;
-When will you add support for the full Printed Paper service offered by Royal Mail, allowing parcels up to 5kg to most destinations?
-If it is already added (and the person at the contact centre has given me bad info.) how exactly should this service be indicated in a csv upload to Click & Drop?
Thanks a lot!

2 years later and this is still not possible.
How are we supposed to send books over 2KG ? The last time I ended up doing it at the post office and they had to refer to all sorts of books to realise that yes, they can send printed papers over 2KG !

Yes - this is still an issue - Online Business Accounts can add over 2KG for printed papers, but not consumers for some unknown reason.....
