Here are my thoughts after spending 2 weeks using C&D
This post will only be affecting those who use DMO in to process each order individually.
I would like to first point out alot of this feedback will seem negative but please bare in mind these are just the things that if improved would make Click and Drop just as useful as the DMO was for us.
Having to see all your previous orders in the same list as the orders you are currently processing can make things confusing, especially when selecting which orders to Manifest.
On the DMO after finishing an order the screen would reset to a blank "Create Order" page automatically so when it's just an annoying extra step now when i am asked to click "Create Order" everytime.
Moving the parcel weight stage onto the create order page could then making the service selection page obsolete because the rest of that page could be setup to have your preferred options as Default.
We should have the option to set KG as our default method of weight measurement.
It's unclear at the moment when the customer will receive a text message when the option is selected.
The end of day process is extremely long and confusing. Having to select each order then clicking manifest is already annoying, then we have to select them all individually again to manifest as a batch. This process is a massive step back compared to almost every other companies end of day process.
I would like to finish my post just mentioning that all these extra features will definitely be useful to some companies but for us they get in the way and slow things down. Please take some pointers from the DMO and give us the option to use a page similar (If not the exact same) to the DMO.

Like I said, for some companies these options work great. Unfortunately though every parcel we send out is a different size and weight.
Because of this we need to process each order separately and apply postage at the same time as creating the order.

I'm no expert, but we've been using the system for a while and we find these sort of things useful:
Use the filter icon on the Order status column on the orders page to filter your orders by status. We use shipping rules to automatically apply postage, so we look for all orders in 'Postage allied' and then manifest those.
if you save your products into click & drop (so you add a SKU and name and weight column to your imports) - Click & Drop will create your products - so the weight is remembered for next time and you don't have to apply it again.
And KG is the default weight as far as I know.
