Make it very, very obvious that Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services cannot be dropped off at a regular post office.
It is extremely irritating to drive 5 miles to my nearest main post office only to find out that tracked 24 and tracked 48 services are not accepted there. They need to be dropped off at customer service points and the customer service point next door to the main post office closes at 1PM! You need to make it blindingly obvious that these services are very restricted.

Totally agree - took me 1/2 hr to trawl through the fine print to figure out why parcels would not scan at post office. Then drove 4 miles to Delivery Office which only opened 7-11am - but website confirmed it was open. Had called previously but gave up after 42 min waiting for customer service.
100% agree. Just bought tracked and only after paying did the site tell me I can't take it to my local post office (which is 30 seconds walk from my front door) and instead have to travel half an hour to a service point!
