RM24 & RM48 NO COMPENSATION FOR LOST ITEMS DUE TO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
I use RM24 & RM48 to ship items via Click & Drop now I’m amused that theirs no cover for lost items and have been told on numerous occasions by Royal Mail that you don’t offer compensation due this service having delivery confirmation which does not work on average I have 15 items a week where customers state they have not received the item, I check tracking and nothing come up and therefore I can only assume the posties are not scanning items at point of delivery.
I’m sick & tired of paying for a service which is clearly advertised to provide delivery confirmation regardless if it’s free or not your misleading business customers and it’s not fair.
It seems to be that your posties cannot be bothered to scan items at point of delivery and I’m now sick of this.
I suggest you retrain your posties because imcompitant.
I have already reported this to “Advertising Standards Agency” as it’s very misleading.
The worst is your not compensated for loss due to this Lie of a Delivery Confirmation service at least provide compensation for RM24 & RM48 like you do for BPL because it’s clear that this delivery confirmation does not work.

old news this, it will NEVER change.RM make to much from there workers not doing the job correctly or employing casual who dont give a crap.
I've had the same issue i posted over 200 items on 20th August none them have been delivered which is very weird so i'm assuming they have misplaced my bag but as usual call royal mail no help i have to wait 10 days from the due date and my market place metrics have been effected to the point where some of my accounts may be suspended.
I also asked customer services if Revenue & Protection was holding as i've had this in the past but they usually call or email but she said no their is nothing on my account to suspect this and i haven't received no email or call so what is going on?
I am now in the process of taking legal action at least provide compensation if the delivery confirmations shows nothing its absolutely ridiculous.
This could actually kill my business hence why i'm proceeding with legal because no one in Royal Mail business customer services is concerned.
I would appreciate if someone from Royal Mail contacts me after reading this for assistance.
I find it crazy that if an item has not been delivered there is no compensation for loss CRL = RM 24 & RM 48. We pay for a service there should be compensation for failing to deliver.
This service is more expensive than BPL yet that service offers compensation it does not make sense.
IM THE SAME I PAY FOR CRL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND THE AMOUNT OF NON SCANS IT A JOKE ! CANT GET COMPENSATED FOR LOSS EITHER !
