Made a complaint about the only post office in our town about the postmaster wont accept click and drop 450g parcels as they do not get paid
Even though he shows a click and drop service wont accept click and drop items, stop paying the postmaster his wages as he is no longer working to Royal mails rules, P.Office is Prescot Shopping Center, Aspinall St. Prescot.
Very disappointed that royal mail hep desk doesnt respond to complaints, BBC Business has replies as well as Ebay why not Royal Mail, is it beneath them to deal with the public?
i’m sorry you had this experience at your local Post Office. We have raised this with our partners in Post Office Limited and they will ensure your local branch is aware of the correct process to handle Click & Drop Mail. The only items that cannot be presented at a local Post Office are items on the Royal Mail Tracked products which must be presented at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point
Click & Drop Support
I’ve visited post office 434 Staines Road Hounslow Middlesex TW4 5AB and I was told point blankly they will not accept my click and drop mail which is absolutely ridiculous. Why can they not accept my post what seems to be the problem what’s the point of click and drop if they cannot drop your mail off at your local post office.
I paid for a click & drop parcel but the label vanished b3fore I could print it - and 5heres no way to retrieve it! Took it to my local PO to scan and print (as suggested on website). He didn’t have right scanner - had to drive 12 miles to main town - and it wouldn’t work there either!!! It’s a complete travesty. I’ll never use it again. I’ll stick to ipost!!

Click & Drop - good idea, shameful execution. Buy online, OK decided on Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, made selection from the "get a cost/how much?" section, sent to Click & Drop where after filling in requested info my choice is no longer an option? WTF?
Spent ages going around the houses all to no avail !!?
So, alright found and tried the phone on the site for assistance: 0345 6113 425 - and you guessed it that doesn't bloody well work either.
Time to get nowhere is excessive, why attempt to support a "British" institution - I could have and seems should have gone with one of the equally useless courier firms.
So if there's anyone left at R.M I would love to know what's going on, and perhaps amaze me with a comprehensive how-to reply?
I’m slightly confused about this I took a bag of large letter parcels to the sorting office after someone who works in the post office started moaning about me using the click and drop service saying I should be taking them there instead, at the sorting office they told me to they only accept signed for parcels and won’t accept just large letter parcels. The whole click and drop thing is a nightmare with the staff of the po you constantly get contradicted. I got moaned at last week because the clerk has to stamp 20 proof of postage receipts..
Due to health and safety (Im told) i am unable to drop any click and drops to my sorting office, so i drop them all in their post box outside. and i was also told that if i want to use my OBA account for cheaper postage, i still cant use the sorting office to take them, and instead, the solution from Royal Mail, if i dont pay for a collection, is to wait by the postbox with my sack of OBA mail, for the collection driver to arrive..

Why don't you take them to your sorting office instead of pestering your local Post Office? You aren't supporting them and your attitude is typical of an entitled "customer".
