Compensation from Royalmail for Click Drop Being Out of Services Techical issues
Today all our orders are delayed because click and drop had technical issues.
This affects our selling channel account ratings and gives us negative feedback for orders arriving later than expected.
We should be given a discount on days for click and drop technical issues that hold back our business
