Since the demise of your previous website I have been using the new Click & Drop website. This is basically OK to use but the lack of prepay accounts on this website creates a lot of additional work and I do wonder if whoever is responsible for the design is aware of this. Previously I used to pay £100 whenever the balance was exhausted and after that buying postage was very easy and quick and each transaction created a minimum of accounting entries. With the new website and the lack of this facility things have become so much more time consuming; each time I buy postage I need to log in to my Paypal account and a booking entry is created for the cash book (previously only when I paid the £100). In addition the Paypal statements have become huge as each payment creates 4 entries (!) and it has been very difficult to quickly find anything else in amongst all these Royal Mail authorizations / payments in the Paypal account.
