saved customer details to be re-used (to be able to create order from saved orders)
at the moment if i want to create an order i have to use all the details from scrach, even for returned customer or send a replacement to the customer, why we are not able to create new order from saved orders to same us time and hassles
Hello Cassie, we are talking about 1000s of address, postcode is what i use for search, royal mail has to provide these database, sometime i need to send a buyer another one, for some reason lost or broken, i want to be able to retrieve the details without adding buyer's detail one by one
not completely sure what you are saying Al, C+D will increase the size of your address book to what you want if you ask.
i don't think royal mail allows you to same 10,000 customers, one the order created the details already saved with royal mail but you can not get it back by searching their postcode
add a code to the address and save it in address book like everyone else
