Not receiving grey bags ordered 5 times needs to be a better system

It is painful, I've asked for a set/minimum amount to be dispatched every week without luck. Then again considering Post Offices and delivery offices don't get enough bags or labels it is not surprising.

We have had this issue, and when we tried to order sufficient bags for a couple of weeks, our order was refused as it was deemed by someone in Royal Mail that we did not send out enough post to warrant the number of sacks we asked for. On speaking to our account manager we were advised to simply ask our post person to deliver bags to us from the sorting office and since then our postie drops off a couple of sacks full of sack each week for us.
I received a quantity of grey sacks last week sent out by RM using the post service after ordering on their on-line shop
Have been using RM for 13 years and have a constant battle trying to get grey bags.
I find this strange as RM knows exactly how much I am posting out. I suggest there should be an automated system where RM calculates how many bags I need each week and delivers them with our daily collection. There could be another system for ordering extra bags if a big mail out is planned.
I have been told that the system has been changed for the better and bags are sent out to you by post. This was by a Royal Mail Delivery Office manager who got upset about me keep taking all his mailbags before Christmas.
My first order on the new system was placed yesterday.
