Label Generating not working correctly
There appears to be an error often when generating labels. The label doesn't generate which results in having to refresh the page and manually re-generate the paperwork to retrieve the labels. Is this fault experienced by others? Will this be looked into? Thanks.

Hi, I just paid for my postage and the money were taking but the royal app didn’t generate the postage label, missing also from sending history, can you help with that, please
Refund likely also doesn't work! Still nothing for the two attempts of using this service to send a simple letter abroad, for one of them, the refund was asked for in the end of July. Sending the letter cost £24, and more than one month due to faulty service.
At least please fix the damn refund if the service itself is broken. Or better withdraw the service until it could be redesigned to operate reliably. At the moment unfortunately it is a trap, taking both money and time, which latter could also have huge impact for certain types of mail.

Paid my money and now am just ripped off. Another customer definitely leaving Royal Mail!
Have packed, printed and taken 8 Hermes parcels to shop in time taken to find out this site is broken.
What a waste of time and money.
Did not produce two labels last night; only one emailed barcode, other no QR code emailed, just an order number.
Took the QR code to the Post Office but they said they could not access it. Post Office could not help with order number either.
Have applied for a refund on both - I hope I get my money!

click and drop offline at the moment!! Since 4pm last night, I've been trying to book in 24Tracked services. No labels are being generated by the system, only a QR code, which there systems tells me Tracked 24hr is ineligible for.
Getting so frustrated with Royal Mail, trying hard to support them, by the call of DPD is looking more viable.!!
Left it the night, tried processing the transaction again, all paid fine and their system still won't serve up labels!!!
No outage, nothing on their website to explain there is an issue.
Everything fine on my local connection side.
Anyone else facing issues?

Not generating labels.
RM need to sort this issue OUT.
Never have the issue with other mail companies. P2g. Ebay. DHL etc etc
Not working and judging by the comments it's clearly not a service that's reliable in any way. Nice one
I have now been re generating for 2 hours, I have cleared cache for all time, I need these in the post by 4pm, ridiculous.
Been having this problem for ages, but today it's taken it to a whole new level. I haven't got this time to waste

This would be a useful service during this pandemic to minimize contacts, however it doesn't seem to work at all, no QR code. Thunderbird and Firefox on Debian Linux. Tried twice trying to send the same mail, the mail is still sitting on my desk, even in the post office they can't do anything about it. Honestly would happily pay extra to get the labels posted to me even. Hoping at least the refund works.
none of those suggestions work. every browser except chrome works fine. If there are more than 2 tabs open in chrome the labels dont generate, and chrome has to be closed reopened, back to c+D regenerate labels and then i can print the labels. and it has been like this for months and months.
I'm having trouble with this too, it's just not generating any labels. I phoned up and the support I got was "delete cookies and cache"... so I loaded it in other browsers and incognito mode (so no cache or cookie history for the browser session) and still nothing generated when I clicked "regenerate paperwork".
The person on the phone was able to generate the paperwork herself, but didn't understand that this should be happening server-side and is nothing to do with my local browser (which are all up to date).
The new label service is awful! I have lost hours and hours of work trying to print labels that don't load on your website, and labels with tracking code rejected by the post office after standing in long ques waiting, then having to repurchase and send emails for lengthy refund processes. Fcking infuriating! You should at least offer a quick and easy refund request process and not pester people with the impossible and slow manual complaint process and downloading forms.
Labels are not generating! So frustrating I got so many orders I need to send of today! Can’t get through the the customer service because it’s Saturday what can I do?

I managed to generate my label correctly sending my parcel to my daughter from Douglas Isle of Man to Portugal but i got an email saying no qr code available and i dont have a printer to print the label right now what are my options its a international tracked and signed for parcel
This has been going on for years Royal Mail - sort it out!!! So frustrating for small businesses relying on Royal Mail to post parcels quickly. Interesting that the part where you take our money always works fine. Please Royal Mail - make this a priority to sort out this glitch.
by uninstalling adobe acrobat reade then install it again it realy works.thanks paul knock
this happens 50% of the time for me. it's so frustrating. if you can't fix it why cant you attach the PDF to the confirmation email - which we can then open and print instead. It's been going on intermittently for months. Is it really rocket science?
