Please include the correct postal delivery location for 24/48 tracked click & drop
Using the option to search for the nearest 'Customer Service Point' the list included all local post offices. However, it is not possible to post the Clin&Drop 24/48 tracked items there. These must go to RM delivery office, which was NOT in the list that came up.
Please can you fix this search.
Hi and thanks for your suggestions. We are only able to handle suggestions for the Click & Drop website itself. We would urge you to contact Royal Mail customer services for any queries or complaints regarding the posting and drop off of your items.

Same issue here. My local post office was shown on the list as a click and collect location. On arrival at my local post office I was told they were unable to scan my parcels which I had already paid carriage on. After a long wait and much confusion from the post office clerk I had to purchase additional First class postage (£10). Post Office clerk applied the postage to the boxes and they were dispatched. I applied on-line for a refund on my unused click and collect but was refused. Apparently because the click and collect labels were still attached to the boxes they got scanned further down the line even though they couldn't be scanned at source. Poor system that has ended up costing me both time and money.
TREAD VERY CAREFULLY WITH CLICK AND COLLECT. I WON'T BE USING IT AGAIN!
Yep, just had exactly the same experience. Went to my local Post Office which was shown on the list, had to pay for a more expensive service rather than drive 11 miles or so to the nearest actual drop off point, and now have to apply for a refund of the postage bought online. Plus I had quoted P&P to my customer for the online price.
