We need to click a checkbox in C&D to apply for a lost item as this is the responsibility of RM to deliver our items
I use BPL, so this should be covered
INR's (using CRL 24 or 48) are not covered for compensation and they never will be. RM want you to upgrade to their RM24/48 Tracked service...which is much much more!
And to add insult to injury, as a seller its you that is responsible for the delivery!!!! Yes...i know exactly what you're thinking. Believe it or not, RM are not accountable for losses unless you pay for the 'special' services like Tracked 24/48, or Special Delivery etc. Normal CRL postage is not covered.
