I'd love some insight into problems with Amazon integrations - .co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .es
I have recently (beginning of April) moved from using Click & Drop "Personal" (PAYG) to Click & Drop with an Online Business Account.
I was very happy with the C&D Integrations on the PAYG system - Amazon (all 5 EU sites), eBay and Shopify.
The integration seemed to be totally competent at pulling the orders from Amazon to Click and Drop, and then updating Amazon as Shipped, and adding Tracking information.(on all EU Amazon - .co.uk, .de,.fr, .it, .es)
But now I just can’t rely on the Amazon Integrations; sometimes they work, sometimes they work to pull open orders over from the marketplaces, sometimes they stop working. One day the orders were marked as shipped but no tracking uploaded.
(The eBay and Shopify Integrations still seem to work fine in both directions)
.co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .es have been set up and are showing a green link on the Integrations Dashboard. I’ve completely disconnected and re-connected all of them several times now from both the RM and Amazon end. (COULD THIS MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS IN ITSELF BE AN ISSUE?)
Thing is, the integrations dashboard LOOKS fine - every link is green.
So I’ve spoken to the phone helpline, and as far as they can see it IS fine!
But orders are sitting on Amazon uncollected by C+D. Sometimes a link appears to work for a bit (hours), then stops working.
(I'm well aware of the order update frequency between C+D and and this is not the issue - I've experimented with this).
Any clues please? Technical or admin, anything.
