Label refund request reasons
There are only about faur reasons given for a label refund request, for example, 'accidental purchase'. It would be better to have a text input box instead, because in my case the customer had given me the wrong address and I would like to keep things accurate. None of the availabke options were the reason why I Wanted the refund, so I had to use 'Accdental purchase', which is not true.

We understand that sometimes the actual reason for requesting a refund may differ from the options available. In these situations, please select the option that is the closest to the real reason.

I also had one where I needed to claim for a refund because the German delivery partner returned the item claiming the address didn't exist when it was perfectly correct - just they couldn't find the address for some unknown reason!
So I needed to claim a refund, so I can re-send the same parcel!
I agree. Nearly all my refunds are in these cases:
- the purchaser cancels an order after I've printed a label:
- the address is wrong
- the postage class needs to be changed.
None of these are really covered by the existing refund set.
