It would be convenient to add a "resend" button. This way, you wouldn't have to manually enter the same address again if you need to resend a lost item.

Our existing ‘Clone order’ or Address book functionality allows you to duplicate an order.

You've missed the point here, Administrator. The clone feature is not available for orders already dispatched and manifested..
This is redundant as you can simply search for the original order in click and drop and select 'Clone' from the action menu which duplicates it. Takes 1 sec.
@russ - you can't clone already posted & manifested orders.
or use the address book
Cant you just, use the clone option in the drop down menu, bottom right?
