faster integration with ebay and amazon
Speedier downloading would be a welcome improvement. Constantly refreshing the page in hope that the orders will arrive so i can finsh up for the day and get to the post in these very limited windows we have to operate in now

Thank you for your suggestions. We have been working on a variety of improvements to the speed at which orders import into Click & Drop from various marketplaces including eBay and Amazon, particularly where speeds were affected by high demand.
We will continue to monitor and work on further improvements to this where possible.
Many thanks,
Click & Drop support

My eBay item was marked as Despatched 26/08/2020 11:14 on C&D
It is now 11.54 and has still showing as Awaiting dispatch on eBay.
How is this completed? No update in 40 minutes does not show any improvement.

@JSJ I have just contacted the Click & Drop team direct to request them to look into this. It is getting very frustrating

Magento orders taking up to 45 minutes to download.
Doing business in 2020, It needs to be every 15 minutes at the absolute minimum. Customers order NDD and Saturday delivery before our cut off times, sort it out.

Agreed, The update interval is painfully slow.
I have eBay and Woocommerce, I'll often have delivery note printed and the order picked and packed and still be waiting for it to appear in C&D. In fact, I've done one while typing this.
Still not in C&D after 47 minutes. Sat here hitting refresh, logging in and out, even cleared my browser cache waiting to add this last order.
Even a force refresh would be welcome. -

How comes with parcel2go i can go in and get shipping info from ebay or amazon to print labels spontaneously, even marking my orders as dispatched via parcel2go is instant....but with the Royal Mails click and drop effort, 40 minutes and NOTHING?

@Anonymous 4 times an hour would be a start, at the minute it can take up to an hour to update a market place items as dispatched.
I think it collects order about 2x an hour

I wholeheartedly agree. its simply not acceptable to run an update 4 times an hour. online business are fast moving and have strict deadlines so this updating/integrating/refreshing needs to be looked at immediately

Same issue on Magento, orders taking up to 1 hour to appear in C&D. Used to import every 10 minutes not sure what has happened.

Can you please speed the up? It's really annoying and if the timing was against us we might miss the pick-up for those items for that day.

Please do this. Biggest problem for me is waiting I give up in the end and create orders most of time as integration is to slow to refresh. Or allow us to have a button to click to ask the system to download an order we know is waiting to be processed. Same as other integrated services work.

We have actually done that on several occasions
When the parcelforce integration is working it's quite quick. When using Hermes integration it is instant.
So it can be done.
Spose the answer will be server load, use more servers and load balance them is the answer to that response.

The facility to "Mark order as despatched when label is generated" does not sync with Amazon and eBay in real time (in our test it was over 10-15 minutes) which means that there is a real risk of picking and packing orders twice.
