Allow codes UNG/UNH in OBA to be used for sending physical goods in large letter format.

Allow users to use the codes UNG/UNH in OBA for sending physical goods in large letter format.At the moment only users sending paper based items like letters and leaflets etc in letter or large letter sizes are being allowed to use the UNG/UNH codes in OBA.
