Feature Request: Click & Drop – Save/Auto-Fill EORI, Product Description, and Customs Info for Repetitive NI Orders
Hi Click & Drop team,
We’re a high-volume UK seller, and we ship dozens of parcels daily to Northern Ireland, including many repeat business customers. Since recent customs changes, especially under the Windsor Framework, we've noticed that:
Every business parcel to Northern Ireland now requires us to manually enter the recipient’s XI EORI number. For each parcel, we must also manually re-enter the product name, declaration category, goods description, and value. The "default customs settings" in Click & Drop don't apply properly to Northern Ireland shipments anymore, even for identical products or repeat buyers. This has become incredibly time-consuming and error-prone.
✅ Feature Request:We’d like to request the following functionality in Click & Drop:
Saved customs profiles per product – so we can auto-fill declaration info (e.g. description, HS code, country of origin, value). Ability to save or recall EORI numbers for repeat NI business customers, based on buyer name or address. Customs auto-fill for Northern Ireland orders — just like how international orders are handled. Tag or flag business customers who require EORI for quicker processing. We're spending a huge amount of time each day manually completing customs info for parcels under £50 — often the same product, same buyer. If Click & Drop could allow us to create reusable templates or apply these details automatically, it would dramatically reduce our workload and improve accuracy.
Please let us know if this is something in the pipeline, or if there’s a workaround we’ve missed. Happy to provide more examples if needed.
Thanks for your continued support.

Increase the merge function limit to orders 90 days old.
I can't see why the limit should be 31 days, why have a restriction? I create custom items which can take 8 weeks, so if a customer wants to wait and combine their postage with an 'off the shelf' item I can't facilitate that due to the merge 31 day limit.
1 voteThank you for your feedback.
We have limited the merge order functionality to 31 days for system performance reasons, but we will review whether extending this limit is feasible.
For the time being, in this scenario you will need to create a new order, or clone the existing order to proceed with a merge.
Kind regards,

Shopify label purchases are not processed as sent in C&D
In Shopify is the option to purchase RM labels direct for deliveries within England (only). However, if you purchase the label via Shopify and it adds the tracking code to the order, the order still remains active within the C&D account in Royal Mail unless you manually get rid of it "Shipped by other provider". This bug should be fixed.

Big problems with wrong trading name - C&D Shopify app version
RM's Shopify App:
I'm having major issues with C&D constantly fixing the trading address to the wrong address, and you can't change it. It doesn't follow the default settings within the C&D account settings, and seems to be associated with the Shopify app settings for Royal Mail. For some reason those app settings does not correlate what I have setup as trading address in Shopify either.
As a result, undeliverables or returns, constantly gets sent to the address on the label - the wrong trading address resulting in constant losses. PLEASE FIX. This has been ongoing for months.
In the order processing details (before you pay) this appears under Trade name, Channel section. You can't change it.

Add Parcelforce Bookings to Click & Drop
Are there any plans to add Parcelforce bookings to the current Click & Drop OBA services?
In the past I have used the Parcelforce website to make booking without any issues and drop the items off at the Post Office. Today I fired up the PF website only to find that things are now done via the consumer version of Click & Drop site. Well all I can say is what an absolute pain in the butt it was to book a simple parcel compared to the old PF site.
Also the label shows how much I paid for the postage which I do not want my customers to know.

Allow notes to be added to label
When I send click and drop parcels, sometimes I need to be able to quickly show my partner which product he should be packing - if I could add this to the area that says "customer ref" on the posting label it'd help us a lot rather than having to hand write this info so it doesn't get mixed up.

Reinstate deleted orders - if deleted by accident
Reinstate deleted orders - if deleted by accident
Quite often we will get customers that order from us, then cancel the order the same day or we accidently delete the orders but they are not reappearing as they should.
There should be a way to click on a deleted order to reinstate it if needed.

Create csv templates for order imports [My friends, I need your help]
As with the WDMA software, order imports are genuinely upsetting to use.
Some poor users (such as myself) are forced to navigate the byzantine system of order imports as integrations with stores from outside the UK are prohibited (why also).
I have a simple and - I think - elegant way to help: two csv templates.
Instead of providing the user with endless documentation on how she likely won't get the thing to work, why not provide a couple of a csv templates (domestic & international) for imports? An easy way for both the user and the system to know where everything should be.
Only real ones know the pain of the order import, lend me your vote my friends and together we can overcome the scourge of our late afternoons.
For glory!

Bug Fix: Customs Fee Wrongly being charged for Antiques to USA
We hope that you can help. After the introduction of tariffs to the USA the RM C & D was working perfectly, the system just calculating the 50p handling fee for all of the customs fee exempt items included under Chapter 97 Works of art, collectors' pieces and antiques. However since 16th September 2025 C & D has erroneously been adding the 10 % customs fee for Antique Of An Age Exceeding 100 years products, classed under HS Tariff 970690. Articles under this HTS code 970690 are DUTY FREE/Exempt. It does zero custom rate other categories in Chapter 97 subheading for eg: 9701, 9702, 9703 but not 9706.
Please fix this bug as soon as possible for HTS 9706. Businesses are unable to ship their antique items, antique pottery, antique porcelain, antique glass, antique furniture etc to the USA until you have this corrected.
Many thanks

Allow users to buy labels to deliver to themselves
I often need to buy a label to provide to a supplier to ship goods to me. The website does not allow this, so I use the Click & Drop 'send an item' service to buy a label with myself as the destination, and the other party as the dispatcher. I arrange a collection from them and email them the label. It would be helpful if I could do this on the main website, but the sender address is fixed.

Default address is not being selected
The default address is not being selected when you purchase labels, and labels are printed with the wrong address.
The sender address feature in itself is confusing and appears hidden, meaning you don't know what it is until its too late. The full sender address should be visible during the label purchasing process so it can be changed if it is wrong. Once you start to select label, before checkout, you can no longer change the sender address which sucks. It should be easily edited up to payment point.

Make the Customs Duty Fee Accurate for parcels going to USA
Currently if you are a small business, sending under 20 parcels a week, you are apparently not seen by Royal Mail click and drop in needing accuracy in your business transactions. All goods are now charged a blanket rate of 10% duty plus £0.50 being sent to America even if it is not in line with the standard tarriff for the item you are sending. This is wrong and needs to be changed. Apparently it is accurate for OBA holders, but not if you hold a personal account. Please change this so we can go back to paying the actual rate of duty and not the blanket 10%.

Will I get an apology from admin for declining my bug notification?
CN22 total weight of items was always wrong because it matched the package label weight instead of just being a calculated weight of the items in the CN22.
I notified click and drop about this bug a long time ago and it was declined and I was told specifically that I was wrong and it was working correctly.
So can someone tell me why this issue has just been quietly fixed?
My latest batch of labels now has the correct weight in the CN22 which is a calculated weight of the items. This CN22 total weight is now independent from the label weight as it should have always been.
Well done for fixing this issue years after it was brought up and ignored.

PDDP parcels to USA, compensation on MPR
Instead of using MP7 for parcels to USA, I now have to use MPR in order to be able to pre-pay the USA Tariff. However, the compensation level on this is only £50, when on MP7 it was £150 I believe? Why is this?
The reason I am asking here is because communication with RM is virtually impossible. Phone calls take hours to be answered and emails more than a week, if you receive any response at all.

Give us the option of not pre paying tariffs for US customers so they pay it themselves
Ebay do not collect US Tariffs on behalf of the seller, but then when the seller posts the item to the US, royal mail pays the tariff and charges the seller. So the seller will pay the tariffs. Lots of people use ebay so why is there no option to let the customer pay the tarrifs, we only get to use pddp. Can we have the option to use a service where the customer pays.

STILL unable to pay for labels on C&D website. One month now.
I've send this issue to support, I've posted on here and nothing is changing. Since C&D did the change of adding the billing name in the checkout, I am unable to pay for any labels and have to manually process all shipment from our Shopify store. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED?
The popup window for the payment card details, seem to not appear. I have not disabled any popup on my browser and the account doesn't work on any device or different computer. It's the payment processing that has a bug in it.1 vote -
Customer (Receiver) EORI field should be added as field in the address book
Our address book contains saved details for regular customers, covering 99% of our orders. With the upcoming Windsor Agreement, an additional field should be introduced in the address book to store customers’ EORI numbers. This would eliminate the need to manually enter the EORI each time an order is created. Instead, it should be saved within the address book and automatically populated when placing an order, ensuring a more efficient and seamless process.
