Make it possible to copy a tracking number
If you are not using TikTok integration you have to manually add the tracking nuber to each order. The problem is you cannot copy the tracking number because its a hyperlink, so you have to either go into each order to get the tracking or click the hyperlink. Th eproblem with this is is takes you to the Track and Trace site and perform the track and trace function automatically. This will have a negative impact on the track and trace site. Before you suggest I integrate with TikTok I cant because all orders go through my website so it will duplicate my orders. In short you need to make it possible to copy the tracking without opening the order or clicking the hyperlink. If you try copying it now it copies the whole URL

Add option to print only postage labels without order information
I would like to be able to print postage labels without out the order information included. I know you can have this as a spearate sheet but I do not want the order information at all as I can print a packaging slip from shopify already.

At login have an option to stay logged in
I use the Click & Drop system integrated to my eBay account.
Orders come in through the day and I find I am entering the login details 10 or 12 times in that day.

Bug: Tracked 24/48 always need bank authorisation
I'm hardly ever asked to authorise payment on my banking app for 1st and 2nd class postage, but as soon as I include a tracked service it is guaranteed to need authorising. It is starting to get annoying logging on for a £3.50 payment when no other website does this.

Allow impersonating batch/orders when uploading them via Click & Drop API
At the moment Orders/Batches submitted using API are without any user assigned. This makes it hard for users to find the batch they have created using our CRM. Tags that are allowed for items are not helpful as they are shown only in "order view" but not when viewing the Batches.

allow users to sort 'product detail'. I was hoping this would be in an updated version. Its what everyone wants and would make 300 orders per day easier to process. Usually it takes 1.5hours but this new version has increased it to over 2 hours as you have to hover over the order when they have ordered more than 1 item to see what they have ordered, whereas before i can see the 3-4 items they had ordered just from looking at the screen.
Also if you try to highlight a product number or tick the tick box but miss your go to a new tab 'order' details' which is extremely annoying as if im clicking to highlight 40 orders and miss a box i have to start again as it wipes out the ticks i have done and sends me to the 'order details' tab. This new version is awful.
give us what we want and add the order product details
it took you 7 years to add a grey bag image to the 'order grey bags' icon so i wont be holding my breath. was 'awaiting image' for all that time . .allow users to sort 'product detail'. apply postage within a batch without going back to main page every time!
Currently, in the old (better) C&D system, you can group together a bunch of orders as a batch, go into that batch and individually add postage without leaving that batches page. Now trying the Beta as it's being switched over permanently at the end of the month and when I press 'Apply' after selecting postage & filling in customs info etc for an order, it takes me back to the main orders page instead of just applying and closing that line so I can continue through the batch. I have to click back into 'Batches', 'Apply Postage' for the batch I'm working on and then scroll down to the next order after every single one. Incredibly annoying and time consuming.

Please bring back Scroll Position memory
Please bring back Scroll Position memory when the order page is refreshed. It saved countless time during the day and reduced mistakes. When the order page is refreshed it now sends you back to the top of the page, its very frustrating, please change it back.

Marking orders as despatched (option to clear Old Orders)

In relation to orders that have not been marked as despatched - Perhaps it would be helpful to:
1) Ensure that the system ignores older orders as clearly they have been dealt with after a certain timeframe (1 week?)
2) Perhaps offer a way to filter this section by date, and have the option to simply clear old items.=======
Reasoning
I have Click and Drop intregrated with Ebay. In my personal use case, there is one part of the Click & Drop worklow that I do not normally use - the "Mark Orders as despatched" section - instead choosing to do this from within Ebay and not triggering additional, unnecessary emails.
This has led to the "Orders Ready For Despatch" section, building up to around 1500 items, dating back many months. I decided to clear this section out by marking them all as despatched (there was no alternative way to clear this that I could find), but it has then triggered some really old despatch emails from Ebay, leaving some customers confused and worried that an order has been placed without their knowledge.
I appreciate that I have created this situation by choosing to not use this feature - and then trying to clear out the old data - but it would seem to be a bit of bug, given that there is clearly no need to trigger emails for orders that are many months old.

Print in alphabetical order rather than order number
I use several weights and several postAGE options per day but print the whole days in one go. I select postage by inputting in alphabetical order but when I print the labels they come off the printer in order number. It would make the process much quicker if it was possible to change the criteria for printing to alphabetical. Every now I then I check with support that this is not yet available and every support assistant agrees that it would be preferable but isn't available when printing. I use a Zebra GK420d thermal printer.
The sizes and weights all come off muddled, it would be easier if large letter under 100g were all together for instance but alphabetical would be the best option.I use several weights and several postAGE options per day but print the whole days in one go. Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items
I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?
It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

Include Printed Paper Rates for International Postage
I haven't been able to find an option to send "Printed Papers" small parcels weighing over 2kg to International addresses.
It should be possible to pay a supplement for each additional 250g up to 5kg but I haven't been able to find a way of doing it using Click & Drop.
Is there a way, or could it be added?

make it easier for users to leave feedbacks on C&D, without having to make a new registration.
I have just made a 1-line user feedback on how C&D works. To do that I had to register my email address, confirm the email link, set a new password and then log in. I am surprised I went through with it all. I'm sure there are a large number of people who got put off and stop trying to give you the feedbcack, as I would be myself most of the time. I prefer being able to just write the comment and submit. If you have to have user registration, it's better just to use your click-and-drop account details, rather than having to set up a new account.

bring back the 'back to orders' button which used to show up once you've applied postage to a batch. .
That must be the most common thing to do at this stage, but now you have to work out what's the least inconvenient indirect way to get back there.

allow direct access to channel reference from customer order
On the old click and drop system you were able to access the channel reference from which the customer had placed the order by clicking on the channel reference link which would be either Ebay, Amazon or our own website. This gave a direct link to the actual order placed by the customer. It also made it very easy to contact the customer if needed to discuss aspects of their order placed as well as view the actual items purchased by the customer. Now it is not an option and it makes it a more complex procedure by having to open a new tab to go directly to the customers order. The old system worked much better in my opinion

Add a declaration box for those sending restricted items to tick
When sending restricted items (a carving knife as part of a set in my case), the customer is asked to use the age verification service. However, having done that and before paying, they are asked to tick a box saying "I confirm that I am not sending any item that is prohibited or restricted in the UK or overseas", thereby in effect asking the customer to lie and thus potentially break the law because they ARE sending a restricted item. I have been told that what it means is that they are not sending a restricted item that doesn't comply with Royal Mail rules. But that's NOT what it says!!!! I suggest Royal Mail get rid of the one catchall (badly worded) box and replace it with several, as follows: "I confirm that I have entered the correct weight for the items being sent; 2. I confirm that I am not sending any items that are prohibited; 3. I confirm that any restricted items being sent are fully compliant with all relevant Royal Mail rules; 4. I acknowledge that a supplemental charge may apply for branch drop off of items that I have booked for collection." I am very unhappy about having no alternative but to tick a box that is basically asking me to lie and thus potentially break the law. Please change this asap so customers are not put in this very difficult and worrying position.

Reduce Font Size on Address Label
When sending letter size packets to the US, I sometimes get them returned as "address does not exist". After some discussion with customers and their local postal service, it appears that USPS ONLY reads the last 4 lines of the address.
Therefore if the first line of the address goes over 2 lines, their automated systems cannot find the full address (as it is now 5 lines long) and simply return the post!
This does not happen on Large Letter / Small Packet as the font appears to be smaller.

Tracking/delivery confirmation for letters
Any chance we could see click and drop have 'letters' included with tracking/delivery confirmation in the future? (not just large letters and parcels).
At the moment, a marketplace such as Etsy won't add tracking details for customers (via click and drop) that purchase orders though us (that are sent with the 'letter' size).
We send many letter size shipments daily and it's a shame that they don't count towards Etsy's tracking system.

Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation
Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation of what has been collected, so I have proof of posting.
I often want to send extra items with my booked collection. However, the extra items do not appear on the email confirmation of collection. This leaves me without proof of posting. The email should include booked and extra items.

Create User Roles and be able to assign permissions
As a mailing house we send thousands of items out on behalf of multiple clients. Clients are always asking us if we can share delivery reports to show tracking for items sent and dispatch dates etc. It would be good if we can create an user account which could only see specific information based on Trading name for example. Where the client could look up there own customers to see where items are and get tracking information without us having to download the information and share spreadsheets
