Please add 1st Class shipping/tracking numbers to the orders like tracked orders
Hi, would it be possible to add the shipping/tracking number for regular 1st Class postage to the orders in the same way that it is for "tracked" orders please? I don't need fully tracked, I only need the delivery status, but I need that number synced with Shopify so that Paypal releases my funds when an order is delivered to the customer. It's such a pain to have to enter them all in manually every day. It would be so helpful if this was implemented. Thanks a lot

Send Purchase Notifications to All Users on an Account.
Share notifications of purchases with all users on an account, so that all users can keep track of purchases in the absence of the booker, and there is less risk of duplication.

Option to Use Channel Order Reference as the 'Commercial Invoice' Number
We are getting busier with overseas orders and each month we have to go through the orders and process them by manually adding the 'commercial Invoice' details (number and date) for every overseas order.

WooCommerce Orders Are Importing with 'Unrecognised' Country.
When orders made via WooCommerce transfer over to Click & Drop, the county names are not displayed, and instead it shows the ISO codes provided by WooCommerce.
This request is to have these codes mapped to the county names to enable addresses to be complete and correct to avoid undelivered orders.

Display the Barcode in the Orders panel
When we purchase labels to send international, a barcode is being generated and placed on the labels.
In order to speed up the proof of postage process when dropping them at the office, they give us a receipt with all the barcodes dispatched that day.
However, those barcodes are nowhere to be seen in the control panel, so it is impossible to connect the dots if one of those orders gets lost to quickly identify, raise a lost inquire form, etc..
Can you add that Barcode code in the orders panel please?

Import Customised Fields for WooCommerce Orders
We ask customers for a shipment date through a custom field in the checkout process with WooCommerce.
However, we cannot sort the orders in C&D as it is not importing this custom field. It would be great to allow more columns to be imported so we can filter and generate labels only for the orders to dispatch on that day.

Import 'Gift Message' for Etsy Orders
Please can you include the gift message on Etsy orders, you do this fine for Amazon orders. I keep missing the messages on Etsy and get bad feedback on the platform.

Edit Shipping Costs After Order is Created / Imported
We need to be able to edit the 'Shipping Cost' for existing orders after they have been created. You allow us to edit the Products and their Prices, but not the Shipping Costs.
When cloning orders, it is important to be able to edit the shipping costs of the cloned order.

Add integration for AbeBooks
Please integrate with AbeBooks. They have their own specific country tax registration codes for the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, etc. and in general, it would be nice to have those orders automatically import into Click & Drop. It is a main platform for many booksellers (about half our orders) and I believe it is owned by Amazon, so there should be a way to utilise that existing relationship.

Support Channel Custom Fields to be Printed on Despatch Note
So many of our products are personalised and unfortunately, the name chosen by the customer to be printed on the product is not visible on the dispatch note, which makes it very difficult for us as we have to print additional packing slip with the customisation name for each order.
It would save us time if you could add this information to the despatch note so we can print it out and personalise product and dispatch.
Currently the despatch note shows SKU and Product Name

Show post office opening times during Easter, Christmas and other day that it's closed!
As stated in subject as a new seller I never know when when to take my items to the post office so we test like during last Christmas. Would super convenient if you implement even red or green light that is changed when post office is closed. Super simple solution, as an ex developer I can even writ you the code for this ;) Not every business is able to afford business collections and even they do they would benefit with this feature too!

Business name not coming through from Amazon Business orders
Does not happen on every order. I think it is due to the 'Amazon Business SARL' or whatever it says, in the first line on Amazon Business orders.This has resulted in several orders being returned as 'address invalid' or similar. Have reported to Amazon already and reporting to you here also

Website Display Error on Printing Payment Breakdown Statement (VAT Record)

As the company's accountant, the detail under each entry on this Payments page is great for the purposes of VAT and seeing at a glance domestic vs international shipping. You don't offer a way to print this natively, which is fine; the browser's Print function is enough for me to save it to pdf for our records.
However, only when looking under print preview and the final saved/printed file (ie not when viewing in the browser), a ribbon overlay appears on the second page, which can cover the records themselves, if there is more…
