Support More Label & Document Sizes
Have different options for label size and layout to suit common thermal label sizes, particularly for letter small parcel click and drop. If QR code has to be particular size consider having on separate label.

Show Address Book Entries in Search Results
We are a new user to Click & Drop having moved from a different system & are very impressed with how it operates.
We are finding it time-consuming having to click on each individual funnel (on each column) to search through records by typing customer's postcode, order number, receiver's name, or company name to find entries.
Would it be possible to have our Address Book data searchable in the main grey search box on the top right-hand side, with the results shown under a heading ‘Address book’, as it is for ‘Orders’, ‘Pages and actions’ & ‘Help’.

Option to Add SKUs in C&D Reports
Currently, reports have everything what we need except SKU, which is important for generation of bills to our accounts of Amazon and eBay.

Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent
Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

Allow Filtering of Orders by Trading Name
I would love an option to filter Orders by Trading Name, so they can be processed separately. It's very time-consuming to filter by channel.

Print Manifests with Print Assist
It would be really useful if manifests could be printed using Print Assist. Currently, we use Print Assist for labels but then have to manually open the manifest PDF and send to print at the correct printer with the correct settings. It would save us a lot of time if this happened automatically like with the labels.

Add integration for AbeBooks
Please integrate with AbeBooks. They have their own specific country tax registration codes for the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, etc. and in general, it would be nice to have those orders automatically import into Click & Drop. It is a main platform for many booksellers (about half our orders) and I believe it is owned by Amazon, so there should be a way to utilise that existing relationship.

Stop Pages Returning to Top When User Closes a Pop-Up
For example, when the user selects 'Favourite' or 'Hidden' in the Settings-Shipping Services screen, the user is returned to the top each time.

Add Integration for LightSpeed

Allow booking of collections (not 'returns') via Click and Drop
As a business we have a requirement to ship WFH equipment to our staff across the UK, and also to collect equipment back from leavers/retrieve faulty items. Click and Drop allows us to ship from our offices but we can only book collections via pay-as-you-go on Royal Mail, which is not suitable for us. We need to be able to book collections which attach to a monthly invoice as we could with Parcelforce.

Issues with payment of label
Sometimes after importing orders via .csv and following the payment screen after applying postage it will come back with 'sorry there has been an error' .. please retry.
You cannot retry it does not work.
When looking at the orders they are all listed as FAILED however you can go into each order, one at a time and reprint label and it will oblige. You cannot reprint labels for more than one item at a time when they are in this state.This has been bugging me for months as it takes plenty of unecessary time to manually select and…

Stop messing with default browser input styles.
Firefox is not displaying the state of checkboxes in the options.
This is because your inept webdesigner has chosen to incorrectly disable the default browser style for inputs.

appearance: none;}If I remove this CSS, I can see the state of checkboxes in the options menus again.
Please fix this and stop messing with defailt browser styles.

Sender's name WRONG on customs forms
The form automatically populates name of the signature on the customs form as the "sender". This is not (necessarily) the sender. For example, if the sender is a business - the sender name is instead replaced by the name of the signature on the customs form.
When I remove the signature name, it auto-populates the name from the payment details... It shouldn't keep borrowing names from all over the place when the trading address and customs details are clearly setup.2 votes -
When the order is cancelled take it out of 'orders ready to despatch' as it's confusing and easy to mark depatched when it's not.

On the Open Orders Screen, save Column Configuration
On the Open Orders Screen, save Column Configuration at Account Level (not via cookie)
Currently the configuration is saved throughout logins and logouts, but only until cookies are cleared. (I delete all cookies fairly often to prevent clutter.)
Column config ought to be saved as part of the account setup, not via a cookie.

new address book interface
As a neuro diverse person, i find change very hard. So to be faced with a new interface for adding and changing addresses in the address book without being warned was difficult.
A note on the login page (where you say new features are coming but not that this had been done) would have been very useful.
Or perhaps you should have had it as Beta, like other pages, so we can choose to go back if we wish.
I decided to really check it out before saying i didn't like it, i like to be fair.

An update will be made to the address book page so that the ''Add new address'' button is returned to the sticky header. This page will be updated once the change is live.
Regarding the reference being clickable: this is no longer a link due to accessibility adjustments, but you can still edit the entries by simply clicking anywhere else inside that row. So you do not necessarily have to click on the three dot menu, but you could click inside the Customer address, Shipping address or Billing address columns instead and this will open a tab to edit the address book entry. Hopefully this will make editing your address book entries a bit easier!

Bug Fix: Customs Fee Wrongly being charged for Antiques to USA
We hope that you can help. After the introduction of tariffs to the USA the RM C & D was working perfectly, the system just calculating the 50p handling fee for all of the customs fee exempt items included under Chapter 97 Works of art, collectors' pieces and antiques. However since 16th September 2025 C & D has erroneously been adding the 10 % customs fee for Antique Of An Age Exceeding 100 years products, classed under HS Tariff 970690. Articles under this HTS code 970690 are DUTY FREE/Exempt. It does zero custom rate other categories in Chapter 97 subheading…
