  1. make it easier for users to leave feedbacks on C&D, without having to make a new registration.

    I have just made a 1-line user feedback on how C&D works. To do that I had to register my email address, confirm the email link, set a new password and then log in. I am surprised I went through with it all. I'm sure there are a large number of people who got put off and stop trying to give you the feedbcack, as I would be myself most of the time.   2. bring back the 'back to orders' button which used to show up once you've applied postage to a batch. .

    That must be the most common thing to do at this stage, but now you have to work out what's the least inconvenient indirect way to get back there.

  3. Print in alphabetical order rather than order number

    I use several weights and several postAGE options per day but print the whole days in one go. I select postage by inputting in alphabetical order but when I print the labels they come off the printer in order number. It would make the process much quicker if it was possible to change the criteria for printing to alphabetical. Every now I then I check with support that this is not yet available and every support assistant agrees that it would be preferable but isn't available when printing. I use a Zebra GK420d thermal printer.

  4. Create User Roles and be able to assign permissions

    As a mailing house we send thousands of items out on behalf of multiple clients. Clients are always asking us if we can share delivery reports to show tracking for items sent and dispatch dates etc. It would be good if we can create an user account which could only see specific information based on Trading name for example. Where the client could look up there own customers to see where items are and get tracking information without us having to download the information and share spreadsheets

  5. Feedback for new Click & Drop page interface

    Unfortunately the new interface is a downgrade form what we had.
    Once we select an order we want to add shipping method to, it takes you to a new page where you do not see what the order product was. So you have to go back again...unnecessary extra steps.
    these new designs should not be done by people that don't actually use the platform. You are making changes that make things easier for Royal Mail but harder for the customers. Totally illogical..

    This is another point that makes us move more of our business to other couriers..

  6. Package Format - after sorting stay the same as user default

    Please Please make the columns in the new dashboard stick by user-selected input like it used to

    We batch all items of the same weight/ type together and print the labels
    We sort package column by weight
    as soon as the postage is applied we have to go back to the list via the dashboard
    The package column now resets itself to order number by default so I have to re-sort

    I did this 37 times today
    Please make it like it used to and stay in the order the user selects

  7. Add in next / previous order button

    When an order has been opened in a new tab there is a closed button in the bottom right of this window.

    Please add a 'previous order' and 'next order' button here. This will enable us to travel through orders a lot easier.

  8. eBay seller notes

    The ability within a column on click and drop that would display our staff notes on orders from ebay. All of our orders have notes applied to them and they update regularly form the time the order is created, to the time the item is dispatched. It would be great if these "seller notes" would display somewhere in click and drop, and when updated on eBay, the updated note pulls through to click and drop.

    Shopify, read whether or not an order has had VAT charged under IOSS and set sticker accordingly, shopify charges based on eur 150 threshold at live exchange rate, so it'd be better to just set this dynamically than setting a value in GBP in click and drop, Shopify checkout has checked out in customers currency for several months now, so everything is done in euro

  10. Unmark the despatched items when despatched ready for the next batch

    Please can you look at 'unmarking' the despatched items. We're a small business who didn't get authorised for a OBA account even though we have been trading since 2015 but we send a lot of samples to nurses and clinics etc. Once they have despatched and the label created it would be nice not to have to go in and manually unmark all the boxes in the Beta set up as if we've just sent 30-40 samples and you miss just one its a pain to have to start again at the top.   12. Quick Status Filter

    Add a couple of buttons on the top right of the new beta, to allow quick filtering of the order list.
    Currently, you have to click on the status heading, then work through the filter to say "is equal to", then type the status.
    It would be far quicker to have some quick select filter buttons above this column so you can very quickly filter new / postage applied / label generated orders without having to type it out each time.

  13. Please clarify regarding adding extra items to already booked collections

    The Click & Drop service is great and the free collections are an excellent feature that mean I will use Royal Mail over and above any other service.

    However, while the website site says 'if you want to add other items to your booked collection, just hand them to your postie', on the three occasions I have tried to do this, the postman says he can't take them because they aren't in his system.   17. Beta Version

    The new beta version opens new tabs within Click and Drop for every order. Is there a way to change this. Also we have found if we are using the beta version with one log in and not for all logins the orders will not be processed correctly. We had orders going back to 'new order' stage even though the postage had been applied and a label had been printed.

  18. gift message

    Please stop printing the gift message on the address label.
    This started happening about a month ago and is really unhelpful - it is currently printed under the heading 'SafePlace' and makes no sense, it needs to go inside the parcel (which I do with a separate gift card but could be printed on the packing slip too) not on the outside.

  19. Improve Processing of Batched Orders in New Orders Grid

    The new version of the orders grid is a nightmare when processing a batch of orders.

    After I enter weight/shipping details, and click Apply Postage, it doesn't take me back to the batch of orders I'm currently working, it takes me back to the main list with ALL my orders.

    So I have to go back to the tab with list of batches, select the one I was working on and then find the relevant parcel I need to apply postage info to.

    I need to do this for every parcel in the same batch. It's a nightmare!

  20. Allow me to edit my Collection address

    At the moment I can only use the address as returned by your address look up, I cannot make any amendments to the address after I have selected it. I would like to add my house number in addition to the name, as my house is moiré readily identified by number.

    Alternatively, add the ability to provide some instructions for a collection address.
