  1. Show Address Book Entries in Search Results

    We are a new user to Click & Drop having moved from a different system & are very impressed with how it operates.

    We are finding it time-consuming having to click on each individual funnel (on each column) to search through records by typing customer's postcode, order number, receiver's name, or company name to find entries.

    Would it be possible to have our Address Book data searchable in the main grey search box on the top right-hand side, with the results shown under a heading ‘Address book’, as it is for ‘Orders’, ‘Pages and actions’ & ‘Help’.

  2. Option to Add SKUs in C&D Reports

    Currently, reports have everything what we need except SKU, which is important for generation of bills to our accounts of Amazon and eBay.

  3. Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent

    Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

  4. Allow Filtering of Orders by Trading Name

    I would love an option to filter Orders by Trading Name, so they can be processed separately. It's very time-consuming to filter by channel.

  5. Print Manifests with Print Assist

    It would be really useful if manifests could be printed using Print Assist. Currently, we use Print Assist for labels but then have to manually open the manifest PDF and send to print at the correct printer with the correct settings. It would save us a lot of time if this happened automatically like with the labels.

  6. Add integration for AbeBooks

    Please integrate with AbeBooks. They have their own specific country tax registration codes for the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, etc. and in general, it would be nice to have those orders automatically import into Click & Drop. It is a main platform for many booksellers (about half our orders) and I believe it is owned by Amazon, so there should be a way to utilise that existing relationship.

  7. Stop Pages Returning to Top When User Closes a Pop-Up

    For example, when the user selects 'Favourite' or 'Hidden' in the Settings-Shipping Services screen, the user is returned to the top each time.

  8. Add Integration for LightSpeed

  9. Printing CN 22 Labels

    I use the Standard A4 integrated S19 labels. This has always printed the CN 22 on a separate sheet, on the label at the foot of the sheet. The CN22s are now printing at the top of the sheet in portrait orientation meaning I am not able to use the sticky label. Can this be corrected.

  10. Will I get an apology from admin for declining my bug notification?

    CN22 total weight of items was always wrong because it matched the package label weight instead of just being a calculated weight of the items in the CN22.

    I notified click and drop about this bug a long time ago and it was declined and I was told specifically that I was wrong and it was working correctly.

    So can someone tell me why this issue has just been quietly fixed?

  11. Recent DDP changes have broken label retrieval for non DDP international orders

    Hi,

    For context, my workflow is the following: eBay and Etsy orders are retrieved via the respective integrations. Shipping services are then purchased via the website (https://business.parcel.royalmail.com/), but labels are then retrieved via the API integration, by calling "https://api.parcel.royalmail.com/api/v1/orders/<order number>/label?documentType=postageLabel&includeReturnsLabel=false&includeCN=true" with the relevant Authorization header.

    Since end of last month/early September, this endpoint has been returning 400 bad request errors when calling the API, citing missing fields. However a) this issue only occurs via the API, not when generating the labels via the website and b) the fields it claims are missing aren't things that are…

  12. Add option to change sender details in Customs Settings

    I'm having difficulty finding where C&D picks the sender name for the Customs Settings. I've looked at every trading name (for different locations) etc and have been unable to find where it selects the sender details to edit that for applicable orders. It should be easy to change, but it's a maze of unknown origin.

  13. I'm getting regular 'unexpected problem' errors

    I'm ending up with a lot of "Sorry, an unexpected problem occurred." when I try to print labels, or when the purchase is completed. They started to become regular occurance since the last update.

  14. Twice attempted to arrange for parcel collection from another address.

    First date for arranged collection Royal Mail e-mailed me to say no one at home when postman called yet the sender said he was in all day. I'd paid for the parcel label to be taken to the collection address. 2nd date arranged three days later. Paid a small fee for the next collection and on this date NO label taken to the collection address despite having paid for one so no collection made again. Total incompetence by Royal Mail.     IOSS number didn't pulled into Click&Drop from Amazon and eBay recently, please fix it ASAP, recently the parcels sent to the EU all don't have IOSS number display so a lot of customers refused to pay the customs duty and return the parcels which value less 50eur. This error impacting our business now. please fix it ASAP

  16. Report/enquire/request help with Tracking Number

    Being able to Report a missing parcel or enquire/request further help with the Tracking Number in question from user Click&Drop account would be great. There is no easy way to contact Royal Mail if a parcel is undelivered. For example a Tracked 24 Track Your Item page says it has been delivered, but no PROOF image has been uploaded. The current system is a never-ending loop of contact pages.

  17. Add Parcelforce Bookings to Click & Drop

    Are there any plans to add Parcelforce bookings to the current Click & Drop OBA services?

    In the past I have used the Parcelforce website to make booking without any issues and drop the items off at the Post Office. Today I fired up the PF website only to find that things are now done via the consumer version of Click & Drop site. Well all I can say is what an absolute pain in the butt it was to book a simple parcel compared to the old PF site.

  19. Add a 'Label Created By' Column to the Order Dashboard

    We would like to suggest adding a column to the Royal Mail order dashboard that shows which user generated each shipping label.

    This would be a valuable tool for handling post-shipment enquiries, as it would allow us to quickly identify and redirect any issues back to the individual who originally processed the shipment. It would improve accountability, save time, and enhance internal communication — particularly helpful when managing customer follow-ups. This feature would make a meaningful difference to operational efficiency.

  20. Highlight an order in 'New Orders' window

    It would be nice to have the ability to change the background colour or to otherwise highlight an order for an extended period of time to make it stand out.

    If we receive an order but the item is out of stock, we keep that order in 'New Orders' until such time as it can be fulfilled. This can be several weeks in some cases.

    The risk is that we may inadvertently send this item out, along with the rest of the in-stock items by mistake which alerts the customer that the item has been shipped.

    It seems that for your use case, the order tag functionality might be helpful. Tags can be added to an order at the point of order creation and then you could filter your grid so that orders with a certain tag are not displayed. For more information on this functionality, you can consult our help guide.

    Please note that we are planning on improving this feature by allowing users to add tags at any point of the user journey and we may allow for using different colour tags too.
