Collections Statuses Aren't Always Updated
The status of a Collection doesn't always update properly. I have several of collections that were collected but in my account appears as awaiting collection. One of them was collected, but appears as 'Attempted', and the email said the item wasn't available for collection, so now I don't have any proof of postage for an international shipping.

Store National Identification Numbers in Address Book
When sending items to certain countries, we are expected to enter the national identification number for the recipient
a) Should this be a mandatory field and prevent applying the postage if not completed?
b) Once entered, it should be stored with the address book entry for that customer, as it will always be needed for them!3 votesWe will consider storing Addressee Identification References and Tax Identification Numbers against address book entries in a future release.

limit customs value field to 2 decimal places as it is breaking payments
Our website sometimes passes a customs value with more than 2 decimal places to click & drop; it is removing VAT for overseas orders which ends up like £3.4563 or something. There is no warning about this but payments will always fail, I only found out by changing things one at a time. Of course I should fix the website to only pass 2 dp but it is a standard woocommerce so loads of people are probably having this issue.

Tracking status for international orders
Why does the Click & Drop system never show international orders as delivered when it is shown as such in the Royal Mail app.

Bug: Editing Customer or Product Details Not Reflected In Saved Products & Address Book Entries
When you edit the customer address / product details during create an order, if you delete a line of text, it shows correctly on screen. However, the printed label (and entry in the address book) has the original line of text rather than the blank field.
The only way around this is to edit the address / product data in the address book / product list before creating a new order.
This needs correcting, as I often end up having to request a refund for labels because of this.

Shopify - import orders that are Authorized as well as Paid
Currently Click & Drop only imports orders with a Paid status. However some merchants (like ourselves) prefer to manually capture payments, in which case the payment status is Authorized. I would like to either see an option to decide which payment statuses are imported or for Authorized to be considered the same as Paid (which they are).

Remove sender address history
I regularly use the Royal Mail website for click & drop for my business. When sending an item & choosing a return address for 'where are you sending it from?' I have an array of addresses come up as I have moved house a few times over the last couple of years. It would be great if there was the option to delete some of these addresses to make it easier for me to select my current and only address.

Sort items on dispatch notes
The ability to sort the order in which SKU's appear on the dispatch note would be massively beneficial for us and we would imagine many other retailers.

Add More Detail To Invoices
It would be useful to have information on the invoice i.e letter, large, parcel etc.
Every line just shows the same item Royal Mail 24/48. You can only work out which is which by dividing total by quantity.
Can we also have the price per item shown on the line.

Postage Method
In the new BETA C&D when applying postage we must be able to see what postage method the buyer has selected. In the non BETA version we can slightly scroll up and can see what the postage method is, usually Royal Mail 48 but this changes if the buyer upgrades to RM24 and so on.
On eth BETA version we cannot see what postage method needs to be applied to an order on the 'Apply Postage' page.

Support More Label & Document Sizes
Have different options for label size and layout to suit common thermal label sizes, particularly for letter small parcel click and drop. If QR code has to be particular size consider having on separate label.

Show Address Book Entries in Search Results
We are a new user to Click & Drop having moved from a different system & are very impressed with how it operates.
We are finding it time-consuming having to click on each individual funnel (on each column) to search through records by typing customer's postcode, order number, receiver's name, or company name to find entries.
Would it be possible to have our Address Book data searchable in the main grey search box on the top right-hand side, with the results shown under a heading ‘Address book’, as it is for ‘Orders’, ‘Pages and actions’ & ‘Help’.

Option to Add SKUs in C&D Reports
Currently, reports have everything what we need except SKU, which is important for generation of bills to our accounts of Amazon and eBay.

Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent
Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

Allow Filtering of Orders by Trading Name
I would love an option to filter Orders by Trading Name, so they can be processed separately. It's very time-consuming to filter by channel.

Print Manifests with Print Assist
It would be really useful if manifests could be printed using Print Assist. Currently, we use Print Assist for labels but then have to manually open the manifest PDF and send to print at the correct printer with the correct settings. It would save us a lot of time if this happened automatically like with the labels.

Stop Pages Returning to Top When User Closes a Pop-Up
For example, when the user selects 'Favourite' or 'Hidden' in the Settings-Shipping Services screen, the user is returned to the top each time.

Highlight an order in 'New Orders' window
It would be nice to have the ability to change the background colour or to otherwise highlight an order for an extended period of time to make it stand out.
If we receive an order but the item is out of stock, we keep that order in 'New Orders' until such time as it can be fulfilled. This can be several weeks in some cases.
The risk is that we may inadvertently send this item out, along with the rest of the in-stock items by mistake which alerts the customer that the item has been shipped.

It seems that for your use case, the order tag functionality might be helpful. Tags can be added to an order at the point of order creation and then you could filter your grid so that orders with a certain tag are not displayed. For more information on this functionality, you can consult our help guide.
Please note that we are planning on improving this feature by allowing users to add tags at any point of the user journey and we may allow for using different colour tags too.
