Compatability With Woocommerce's Official Shipment Tracking Plugin
Woocommerce has launched their official shipment tracking plugin.
Please make click and drop compatible with it rather than sending tracking details via an outdated method:

Alternatively, allow the sending of tracking details via order notes without marking the order as complete on woocommerce
OR
First send the tracking details into the order notes and THEN mark the order as complete.
All of the above allows tracking details to be embedded into the complete order email. RM's current solution does not.

Post Codes formatting errors
Please post code formatting errors, because post code entered like this: PP5 5XZ where double space is included generates errors.
So you will need to add filtering RegEx rules to handle this without generating errors. Also the lady on Royal Mail line 0345 2661 004 told me that the eBay customers often enters double city like London London which also generates some errors. I did not experienced any issues like this but address handling should be generally improved and as a developer I know this is easy and possible to achieve. Wondering why this is not done already.3 votes -
Make it so we can edit the batch name
When making a batch it would be good to have the option to change the name of it so on the batches page they can be differentiated easily and I can print the one I want.

Import Shopify orders for specified locations only
We have a Shopify setup with multiple locations - retail stores and an ecommerce warehouse. At present Click and Drop pulls in orders for all locations, regardless of the location selected for the integration. This means that our retail store orders come in to Click and Drop as well and are in danger of being duplicated. Please only import orders for the specified location.

Per item postage costs from OBA on reporting
The reporting tool on the C&D page is great - it shows absolutely everything you need, except how much you have been charged to actually send the item.
I appreciate that the 2 systems, C&D and OBA invicing are separate, but if the C&D system is able to show you which Sales Order an item is attributed to, is there not a mechanism by which you can attach the cost of sending each item to the report?

Re-instate 'Product Details' into the batches page
Since this function has been removed our order processing time has dramatically increased.
Historically, we would batch our orders into product types, and then within the batches page, we would open that batch and it would show each product description, so we can quickly note the size or colour etc for each order.
Since this has been removed, we either have to open each order individually, or we have to head back to the marketplace of each order and search for each one.
Please re-instate this.

Print barcode labels Instead of paperwork
So I think something should be done about the required paperwork from click and drop. It is a massive pain having to use a printer only for my click and drop paperwork. I was thinking what if maybe you could do something with just the 4x6 labels like print off barcodes that can be cut out and stuck on tags for each bag and when they are scanned it will bring up the manifest data.

Make it possible to copy a tracking number
If you are not using TikTok integration you have to manually add the tracking nuber to each order. The problem is you cannot copy the tracking number because its a hyperlink, so you have to either go into each order to get the tracking or click the hyperlink. Th eproblem with this is is takes you to the Track and Trace site and perform the track and trace function automatically. This will have a negative impact on the track and trace site. Please bring back Scroll Position memory
Please bring back Scroll Position memory when the order page is refreshed. It saved countless time during the day and reduced mistakes. When the order page is refreshed it now sends you back to the top of the page, its very frustrating, please change it back.

allow direct access to channel reference from customer order
On the old click and drop system you were able to access the channel reference from which the customer had placed the order by clicking on the channel reference link which would be either Ebay, Amazon or our own website. This gave a direct link to the actual order placed by the customer. It also made it very easy to contact the customer if needed to discuss aspects of their order placed as well as view the actual items purchased by the customer. allow users to sort 'product detail'
allow users to sort 'product detail'. I was hoping this would be in an updated version. Its what everyone wants and would make 300 orders per day easier to process. Usually it takes 1.5hours but this new version has increased it to over 2 hours as you have to hover over the order when they have ordered more than 1 item to see what they have ordered, whereas before i can see the 3-4 items they had ordered just from looking at the screen.

In relation to orders that have not been marked as despatched - Perhaps it would be helpful to:
1) Ensure that the system ignores older orders as clearly they have been dealt with after a certain timeframe (1 week?)
2) Perhaps offer a way to filter this section by date, and have the option to simply clear old items.=======

Electronic customs declaration
Why is the electronic customs declaration only for 8 items? Probably it is enough if to send abroad a small parcel. But if to send a big parcel of 5 or more kg, then it is a tricky to declare all items. Could you please improve the declaration adding more lines to declaration.

Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation
Add extra items collected with my collection to the email confirmation of what has been collected, so I have proof of posting.
I often want to send extra items with my booked collection. However, the extra items do not appear on the email confirmation of collection. This leaves me without proof of posting. The email should include booked and extra items.

Collections Statuses Aren't Always Updated
The status of a Collection doesn't always update properly. I have several of collections that were collected but in my account appears as awaiting collection. One of them was collected, but appears as 'Attempted', and the email said the item wasn't available for collection, so now I don't have any proof of postage for an international shipping.

Store National Identification Numbers in Address Book
When sending items to certain countries, we are expected to enter the national identification number for the recipient
a) Should this be a mandatory field and prevent applying the postage if not completed?
b) Once entered, it should be stored with the address book entry for that customer, as it will always be needed for them!3 votesWe will consider storing Addressee Identification References and Tax Identification Numbers against address book entries in a future release.

actually turn up to collections that I have booked
There's only about a 50% chance that you actually turn up to a booked collection, multiple times I have had to book several collections before you actually pick it up, it is ridiculous

limit customs value field to 2 decimal places as it is breaking payments
Our website sometimes passes a customs value with more than 2 decimal places to click & drop; it is removing VAT for overseas orders which ends up like £3.4563 or something. There is no warning about this but payments will always fail, I only found out by changing things one at a time. Of course I should fix the website to only pass 2 dp but it is a standard woocommerce so loads of people are probably having this issue.
