dropbox - tracking numbers
We are currently using DMO on demand as a business customer and our system receives a result file which updates our system with the tracking number when the order is despatched.
When will this be added for dropbox integrations?

For us here this is essential. We use, at the moment, an older intergration system that can only look in the folder that is selected, not a sub-folder under it. This means we cannot import your tracking information into our system.
We use Advanced Exchequer with EWS (exchequer warehouse systems). The program that exports and imports the CSV files is called Courier Pro and is not very flexible. In addition there is only one person that can effectively support it which is the guy that wrote it and EWS.
I do not need a copy of the label, just the results file posted in the results folder.
Can this be implemented and if so ASAP as it is causing no end of problems with customers constantly calling for updates on orders, which we cannot give them as there is no information in our accounts system. I will note that we normally include the tracking information in our despatch emails, so normally customers can track packages themselves.
They've add it but the implementation is terrible. For each processed batch it creates a new folder in Dropbox and within that folder is a CSV that contains the tracking numbers. So rather than one nice file as before you now have to collate multiple ones together.
Any idea when this will be delivered? - very poor this is not seen as a key requirement when replacing DMO

YES! - Royal Mail assumes that all information goes to them, however WE need to see the tracking number too guys and we don't want to spend all day cut and pasting from one system to another.
Yet another example of the poor design in this cruddy system.
