Don't chage your customers MORE for saving you time and fuel
I think it is ridiculous to be charging 20p extra per parcel when a customer takes their parcels to a post office (which for me is a 3-minute walk to my local shop so if I am going there anyway I may as well drop my package off as well) instead of wasting Royal Mails time and fuel to come to pick them up from me at an unspecified time the next day, which adds an extra day to the delivery time, IF they actually turn up (which in the past they haven't turned up to collect).

create all the manefest documents needed so they can be printed in one go
When I print the manifest, I have to print out 2 copies, one for the bag and one to be handed in. It would be helpful if the document generated contained everything I need so it can be printed in one go. Like 2 copies of uk post and 2 copies of international post, but only 1 copy of the tracking numbers.

Click & Drop API to also include product SKUs
The Click & Drop API could be significantly enhanced by including product SKUs in the order data. SKUs are essential for accurately tracking and managing inventory, as they uniquely identify each product, reducing errors and improving order reconciliation. Including SKUs would streamline inventory updates, enhance reporting and analytics, and enable seamless communication with third-party systems like ERP or CRM platforms. Include Stock Location on Order Details
It would be very helpful to add the Stock Location to the order details screen. Currently if you want to make use of the Stock Location entry in the product data, you have to browse each product to find the location which isn't a very helpful workflow.

Import VOEC & Other Customs Scheme Details
VOEC number for Norway or other VAT system scheme's should automatically be pulled through from eBay / Amazon etc integration with their unique number, similar to how the IOSS number is pulled through.

Allow us to enter TARIC Additional Codes
Given it is now a legal requirement, since January 2022 to include certain TARIC Additional Codes for sending items to the EU for certain TARIC codes in order to pass import controls, please allow us to enter TARIC Additional Codes on our customs declarations.
I believe these go in Box 11 of the CN23. So allow me to generate CN23s for all orders regardless of value, and allow me to enter data into.box 11 of the CN23.

Update Tracked 24/48 to collected when Business Collection takes place
Royal Mail Tracked is not tracked when the driver collects. Please can you update the tracking using the manifest when collected not when the packet gets to the super hub the next day?

Refunded labels appearing in the 'New Orders' section
After purchasing a label I occasionally have to cancel the label due to my customer changing the address, cancelling the order etc. After the label refund request has been accepted and refunded the order appears in the 'New Orders' section. This is very annoying because these old orders get lost amongst all my new ones and I accidentally repurchase the label! Starting the whole refund process again.
Please stop sending orders from refunded labels back into the new orders section.

Give customer full transparency on additional fees if a Click&Drop parcel is dropped off
You have a banner on the Click & Drop website telling customers that they will be charged extra if they drop off the parcel at a Post Office. It then says 'for more info, click here' and then there is a list of all the possible questions you could ask. It is not transparent and easy to find the charge. Having spoken to Customer Service today, I am told that I need to report this here at 'user voice' which I knew nothing about, but as she has told me that the additional fee is 20p, why not just state…

Automatically import images from marketplaces!
PLEASE make it so images import from marketplaces (eBay, Amazon etc) to help prevent mistakes when sending incorrect items etc. I don't know why this isn't the case already. Uploading a CSV is not viable for most.

Automatically Remove Despatched Orders from Click & Drop, if Marked as Despatched at Marketplace.
When orders are marked as dispatched on eBay, Etsy, or Shopify, they should automatically be removed from the "awaiting dispatch" section in Click and Drop.
Currently, orders remain in the pending section even after being dispatched through these platforms, which causes confusion and extra work. Improved marketplace integration is needed to ensure Click and Drop reflects only the orders that are still awaiting dispatch.

Import Shopify Order Tags
Import Shopify Order tags and allow for updates coming through. Tags are used on orders in Shopify to manage deliveries including planned shipping dates.

Make it easier to find out how much one has been charged for each item
It is far too difficult to find out how much one has actually been charged for an item. If it is on the system at all it is not easy to find.

Compatability With Woocommerce's Official Shipment Tracking Plugin
Woocommerce has launched their official shipment tracking plugin.
Please make click and drop compatible with it rather than sending tracking details via an outdated method:

Alternatively, allow the sending of tracking details via order notes without marking the order as complete on woocommerce
OR
First send the tracking details into the order notes and THEN mark the order as complete.
All of the above allows tracking details to be embedded into the complete order email. RM's current solution does not.

Make it easier to enter Recipient AIRN
I only realised that when you apply postage, if you view the contents, for some countries, you can enter the Recipient AIRN (tax ID number).
Odd that you cannot enter it when entering the package details only if you go to edit the contents.
Please make it more obvious and easier to find - I have been adding it to the address details until now because I did not spot this before.

Please add the delivered DATE to the manifested orders status column.
At the moment, the tracking status for delivered items just shows as 'delivered', but it does not show the actual delivered date.
This would be so useful for an overview and finding out delivered date results for things like ebay cases.

Please fix the bug to make shipping rules compatible with Amazon orders. Initially when we first joined Click and Drop we could have postage automatically assigned to amazon orders. It hasn't worked for quite some time.
Original Working Example:
Shipping rule selected all orders with the shipping method 'Amazon Shipping - Std UK Dom_1' and applied the appropriate shipping method.Then amazon changed the text string being fed through with their orders. For example 'Amazon Shipping - Std UK Dom_1 | Ship By Date: Feb 23, 2023, 23:59:59'

Duplicating deleted or refunded orders.
When deleting an order you system often re-creates the deleted order causing accidental purchases which then have to be refunded, once refunded you then add the refunded order back into the basket with postage applied causing yet another accidental purchase sending us both in circles unnecessarily. Fixing this could save much time and hassle for youself and your customers.

Allow sending of email notifications after items are dispatched
Customers often ask me to resend the tracking info. There is no way to do this currently. If there was a simple click box to do this, it would be great.
