Allow easy trading name changes in new orders (from Shopify)There should be the option to select between trading names for new orders - even if you have a default trading name selected. It doesn't allow you to do that for new orders coming from Shopify integration. To change trading name (for occasional shipments with a different shipping pickup or location) you have to manually fill in the recipient address in a new order. Only then can you pick the trading name. This is very time consuming and tedious. The option should be available for all new orders selected for label purchase. 1 vote

Duplicate Name identifierWe have people, every single day that buy numerous products and check out individually every time. It's hard to find these peoples name in 1000 orders unless we really check them. It would save royal mail delivering to the same people 3/4 times if there was an alert for the same name or post code. Shipping Rules - Filter eBay Orders by SKU, Shipping Rules by SKU's for eBay OrdersPlease add filtering rule by SKU, so we can create more advanced rules. Mainly we have may orders that goes by other shipping company but they are still imported to the C&D account so we need to delete them manually every day. If we have rule that not allow to import certain SKU's that would make out work a lot easier. Hope more people will vote for it too. So simple to add but crucial for some businesses. 1 vote

Add a 'Label Created By' Column to the Order DashboardWe would like to suggest adding a column to the Royal Mail order dashboard that shows which user generated each shipping label. This would be a valuable tool for handling post-shipment enquiries, as it would allow us to quickly identify and redirect any issues back to the individual who originally processed the shipment. It would improve accountability, save time, and enhance internal communication — particularly helpful when managing customer follow-ups. Amend value options for "no commercial value"If the user clicks on "no commercial value", an automatic value of £0.00 is assigned on the printed form. This guarantees that Irish Customs in the AnPost Office will reject the item and return to sender. I know this; I have spoken to them about it. They say a nominal value of £5.00 should be assigned. It is a disaster for my business, as training materials necessary for Irish trainees to use on an agreed date have not arrived, so that the arranged training date has had to be abandoned. 3 votes

Some Customs Docs / AWBs are not printing in chronological orderWe are having an urgent issue whereas AWBs in click and drop are not printing in chronological order, most are but some are not and it appears as totally random. Once postage applied all is fine and in chronological order but then a few random ones go out of sync one the labels have been printed. Also once manifested, the orders are not being marked as fulfilled in shopify and the tracking numbers are not uploading despite the 'mark orders as despatched on channel' icon (attached) being clicked. Fix Wordpress > WooCommerce Integration. Order Import & Send Tracking Notes is Broken.Integration to WordPress > WooCommerce is unreliable Problems. - Ignores random orders when importing them into Click and Drop.
 I had to delete the integration and create a new one to force it to get a week's worth of orders it ignored. Then today it has randomly missed three orders again. It worked for a few days reliably after making a new integration and is now unreliable again. We need a way to force an order import from WordPress > WooCommerce. - It only sends tracking as a note randomly. Many orders that are Tracked 48 don't get any tracking sent.

Highlight an order in 'New Orders' windowIt would be nice to have the ability to change the background colour or to otherwise highlight an order for an extended period of time to make it stand out. If we receive an order but the item is out of stock, we keep that order in 'New Orders' until such time as it can be fulfilled. This can be several weeks in some cases. The risk is that we may inadvertently send this item out, along with the rest of the in-stock items by mistake which alerts the customer that the item has been shipped. Tags can be added to an order at the point of order creation and then you could filter your grid so that orders with a certain tag are not displayed. QR code for tracked returnsI have tracked returns enabled on my account, and can email / post a returns label, but a lot of people do not have printers nowadays, is there a possibility of having a QR code enabled to send to customers as this would make it a lot easier, I know the facility is available as ebay/amazon and some online stores already have it, 2 votes

Create user attribute to allow sub-user to see payment invoicesI've recently resolved a support case with Click & Drop Support where I was unable to access most invoices on the 'Payments' screen. The result of that case was that I can only access payments that had been made on my account and not any of the other sub-users. Whilst this makes sense, the current user experience makes it seem like something is wrong as an error message is displayed saying the payment couldn't be found. Few suggestions for improvements: 
 1. Can the invoices unrelated to the current user be hidden by default?

Stop Sending Tracking Numbers to eBay on Non-Tracked Postable ItemsWith the new update you are sending tracking numbers to eBay for non-tracked postable items such as 2nd/1st Large Letters / Letters. These orders are often only scanned on the day of delivery, so eBay is counting that as the date it was posted and subsequently recording it as a defect which effects performance standards. Due to this I have had to disconnect the eBay integration. 1 vote
