  4. Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label

    As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:

    (a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
    (b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.

    Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.

    It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

  6. Allowed to select "Parcel" and "RM48 LBT"

    I have been incurring penalties for RM48 LBT parcels. An investigation has uncovered that I do not have RM48 parcel service, only Large Letter, but I have been allowed to choose size "parcel" and service "TRS48" which is a large letter ONLY band thus incurring a £1 penalty for every parcel.

    Hello, thank you for your suggestion. TRS 48 LBT (Letter Box-able Tracked) is available on parcel format to afford you the full 1000g weight limit TRS48 supports. You must still adhere to the service specifications, which for letter box-able includes a weight limit of 1000g, and dimensions matching that of Large Letter. Please speak with your account manager to get the full details of your services specifications. We will consider changes to make these limitations clearer in the future.

  7. TRS Service and Large Letter / Parcel

    TRS Large Letter Tracked.

    Please can you implement a setting for TRS so that Shipping Rules work for both formats. There is no way for Click & Drop to tell the difference between Large Letter or Parcel, when using TRS above 750g (750g-1kg). A drop-down menu on products would be good.

  8. Pull Shopify Fulfillments for Shopify Subscription renewals

    The C&D Shopify integration needs to be updated to pull in shipments for both new Order and Fulfilment events to work with Shopify's new Subscription APIs.

    We are using the Shopify subscription APIs on our shop and when a subscription is renewed, Shopify adds a fulfilment to the existing order, they DO NOT create a new order. So none of the subscription renewals are being sent through to Click & Drop.

  9. Allow Changing Orders From Despatched to Label Generated

    If a user has accidentally moved an order to Despatched, you can no longer book a collection for it.

    We batch our collections and purchase these at the end of each day, but if another user has accidentally marked a label as dispatched we cannot add it to the collection for the following day. This means we have to dispatch it using the RM website and as these accounts are not linked, we cannot track this on C&D.

  11. Smaller Shipping Label Formats

    I send parcels to family in Australia and the postage is often significantly cheaper online but if it’s a small package, the label that prints out is too big for the available space. Is there a way to print out a smaller version of the postage label rather than having to pay a higher price at the Post Office?

  13. Update Delivery Company on EKM when tracking number is sent

    Currently the tracking number is updated on EKM on manifesting. The order on EKM shows the number, but the delivery company is not updated, so the URL for the tracking is not created. The consequence is that any dispatch emails sent to customers are missing the tracking and Payment gateways, e.g. PayPal are not updated automatically with tracking (an important fraud prevention). The orders can have the delivery company added manually, one by one, but it is time consuming, Please can Click and Drop add Royal Mail as the delivery company in EKM when the tracking number is passed through?

  15. Show Username in Dashboard and Header

    Can you please look into having the username clearly visible on the Dashboard of the Click and Drop Accounts. As a large Mailing House and since the swtich off of STL/SD1/T24 etc on OBA, we now have access to 12 C&D accounts, all with different end billing account numbers. This number is growing each week. We really need the username/account name to be visble somewhere on the Dashboard as we are alwasy swapping bewtween these accounts and it is very easy to genrate an order on the wrong account.   16. Label Generation: Customise Document / Label Order

    We have set Click & Drop for returns labels to print as well as the send-to address labels.

    Consensus amongst the despatch staff is we don't want this because the send-to label comes out first, so they will end up using the wrong label. The despatch process is that the last task is to put the send-to address label on the packet.

    I know you may think this is splitting hairs, but the reality is if we can’t have the returns label come out first, it’s useless. It’s just not worth taking the risk that parcels will be returned to…

  18. Improve Post Code Validation

    UK Postcodes. C&D accepts normal postcodes as eg AB12x3CD and AB123CD as valid but rejects AB12xx3CD as invalid (x represents a space). Surely it should be simple enough to either strip all spaces or reject those with no spaces.

  19. Amend a Future Despatch Date

    As a mailing house we often future date orders so we can fulfil the items and print and attach the generated labels. Recently we had 6,000 items packed and ready to despatch but was then informed by our client we could not send the items. However the items would manifest in 2 days time as the future date would be met. There is no option to put items on hold or to add a week or more onto the future date.   20. Add Order Totals, Order Line Totals and Tax to Despatch Note

    Currently the dispatch note displays the product items but not costs. It would be handy to have an option to display this, along with a breakdown of tax and postage costs.
