  1. Synchronisation planned despatch dates between shopify and click and drop

    We can synchronise our website orders onto click and drop to create the shipment label. However, there seems no way for the planned despatch date to synchronise? This means we have to manually select shipments in click and drop and apply the planned despatch date. We have lots of different orders with different planned despatch dates so it would be very useful to have if possible?

  2. Give us the option of not pre paying tariffs for US customers so they pay it themselves

    Ebay do not collect US Tariffs on behalf of the seller, but then when the seller posts the item to the US, royal mail pays the tariff and charges the seller. So the seller will pay the tariffs. Lots of people use ebay so why is there no option to let the customer pay the tarrifs, we only get to use pddp. Can we have the option to use a service where the customer pays.

  3. US tax: form only calculates accurately for one item. Does not recalculate for multiple items

    I am trying the new extended protocol for calculating US tariff charges in advance and the form does not seem to react when I add a second item to the order. Or if the order is created with multiple items. The form only displays the charge based on the cost of the first item on the list.

  4. Allow easy trading name changes in new orders (from Shopify)

    There should be the option to select between trading names for new orders - even if you have a default trading name selected.

    It doesn't allow you to do that for new orders coming from Shopify integration.

    To change trading name (for occasional shipments with a different shipping pickup or location) you have to manually fill in the recipient address in a new order. Only then can you pick the trading name.

    This is very time consuming and tedious.

    The option should be available for all new orders selected for label purchase.

  6. More SKU's lines on the label

    Hi Royal Mail team,

    Please can you expand the number of SKU lines visible on Click & Drop labels?

    At present, the “Customer Reference” block only shows ~3–4 lines of SKU text, even though the block itself has much more space available. The SKU list is vertically centred, leaving unused whitespace, and a large portion of the block is taken up by the logo area. In addition, the line “Royal Mail: UK’s lowest average parcel carbon footprint 200g CO2e” occupies space that could be better used for operational data.

  7. Need better tracking status updates

    The tracking details, especially on international orders, does not update at all until the shipping is either delivered or is returned. I'm getting quite a few complaints and pressures about this from buyers.
    We're in 2025. I am sure there must be a way for the postal services to have constant tracking updates, not only for international deliveries, but for local deliveries with the whereabouts can be tracked regularly.

  8. Shipping Rules - Filter eBay Orders by SKU, Shipping Rules by SKU's for eBay Orders

    Please add filtering rule by SKU, so we can create more advanced rules. Mainly we have may orders that goes by other shipping company but they are still imported to the C&D account so we need to delete them manually every day. If we have rule that not allow to import certain SKU's that would make out work a lot easier. Hope more people will vote for it too. So simple to add but crucial for some businesses.

  9. Some Customs Docs / AWBs are not printing in chronological order

    We are having an urgent issue whereas AWBs in click and drop are not printing in chronological order, most are but some are not and it appears as totally random.

    Once postage applied all is fine and in chronological order but then a few random ones go out of sync one the labels have been printed.

    Also once manifested, the orders are not being marked as fulfilled in shopify and the tracking numbers are not uploading despite the 'mark orders as despatched on channel' icon (attached) being clicked.

    It has been integrated with our Shopify for 2 years without issue…

  10. Fix Wordpress > WooCommerce Integration. Order Import & Send Tracking Notes is Broken.

    Integration to WordPress > WooCommerce is unreliable

    Problems.

    1. Ignores random orders when importing them into Click and Drop.

    I had to delete the integration and create a new one to force it to get a week's worth of orders it ignored. Then today it has randomly missed three orders again. It worked for a few days reliably after making a new integration and is now unreliable again.

    We need a way to force an order import from WordPress > WooCommerce.

    1. It only sends tracking as a note randomly. Many orders that are Tracked 48 don't get any tracking sent.

  11. Pass through References from Click and Drop to Invoice for Tracked 24/48

    When using Tracked 24/48, no reference is carried through from the Click and Drop orders to the generated OBA order or the Invoice. This makes tying up payments to the correct job very difficult for our Accounts Team, as usually we reference the Job Number in the Product Description field. With Tracked batches there is just a random order number generated which doesn't help anything. Using Departments is not the solution, as we have a unique job number / reference number for every order we do.

  12. Change C&D so that it pulls through the weight of the item when bulk printing

    When you tick lots of orders, so that you can bulk edit, it then asks the weight. but each order has a different weight. if bulk editing, it should blank out the order weight field and pull in the induvial orders weight so that I can select the same postage option for lots of different orders. otherwise I now have to create each shipping label separately and this is very time consuming.

    Hi Click & Drop team,

    We’re a high-volume UK seller, and we ship dozens of parcels daily to Northern Ireland, including many repeat business customers. Since recent customs changes, especially under the Windsor Framework, we've noticed that:

    Every business parcel to Northern Ireland now requires us to manually enter the recipient’s XI EORI number.
    
    For each parcel, we must also manually re-enter the product name, declaration category, goods description, and value.

  14. Create user attribute to allow sub-user to see payment invoices

    I've recently resolved a support case with Click & Drop Support where I was unable to access most invoices on the 'Payments' screen. The result of that case was that I can only access payments that had been made on my account and not any of the other sub-users.

    Whilst this makes sense, the current user experience makes it seem like something is wrong as an error message is displayed saying the payment couldn't be found.

    Few suggestions for improvements:
    1. Can the invoices unrelated to the current user be hidden by default?
    2. Can a permission tickbox be created…

  16. Stop Sending Tracking Numbers to eBay on Non-Tracked Postable Items

    With the new update you are sending tracking numbers to eBay for non-tracked postable items such as 2nd/1st Large Letters / Letters. These orders are often only scanned on the day of delivery, so eBay is counting that as the date it was posted and subsequently recording it as a defect which effects performance standards. Due to this I have had to disconnect the eBay integration.

  18. Transmission of Shipping Service from C&D to Shopify via the integration

    The current integration between C&D does not send over the shipping service used when shipping orders back to Shopify. The only information that is sent back to Shopify is the Carrier (Royal Mail) and the tracking ID.

    The Shipping service is needed for the likes of Amazon to meet their Valid Tracking Rate metric. Under the current API not sending this to Shopify the correct and valid Shipping information cannot be sent to Amazon through a Shopify integration. Instead business customers like ourselves have to rely on either direct shipping through C&D to Amazon or via a 3rd Party app…

  19. order weight set to ZERO every order

    Give users the option to have a fresh 0 order weight for every item. I find the pre-entered order weight useless and in most cases counter productive because the system constantly tries to default to an incorrect weight. I'd rather have a fresh blank field to enter every time I send an item. Please give us an option in the settings to opt out of the pre-entered memory order weight.

    Quite often we will get customers that order from us, then cancel the order the same day or we accidently delete the orders but they are not reappearing as they should.

    There should be a way to click on a deleted order to reinstate it if needed.
