Extend Desktop Login Token Expiry
Hi
Can you extend the desktop access token to cover weekends and public holidays e.g. to say a week?At the moment it is too short. My work pc is always on and C&D desktop fails silently on a Monday. It looks fine and says that it is connected to the C&D servers but when I drop files in the folder, the C&D import history shows the file uploading indefinitely.

Bug with shipping rules creation
There are a few countries that do not have a postage service and so you cannot create a shipping rule if they are in the list.
This makes it very difficult if I want to create a shipping rule for "international" ie every country except my own.
- Add all the country groups
- wizard complains because some countries don't have a service
- Impossible to tell which ones
- give up

Letters / Large Letters to Dubai
I have just had a letter returned from the international Royal Mail hub as "NO PO Box # RTS".
It was sent to Dubai - looking online, I hve found https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/country-guides/united-arab-emirates
The customer does not have a post office box, just a physical street address.
Surely it would be helpful if this information / warning appeared on Click & Drop - would the post office even know to reject it I wonder?
I could potentially have sent it as a small packet according to that guidance, but not even sure if that would be an option without trying it! Another…

Add Product Images to Picking Slips
Is it possible to have images on the picking slip from Shopify when it arrives in the click and drop list so w can print the picking slips and see the image of the product?

Add Ability to Clone Products
When I create a product I would like to be able to duplicate it.
I only have to modify my SKUs for each product I post as the rest of the properties of the product remain the same.

Provide Customers with a Receipt at Point of Collection
I have raised this complaint previously with no satisfactory response in relation to various collections where proof of collection has not been received via email nor is it recognised as having ben collected on Orders page..
Once again I have sent an item via click and collect but have not received a receipt as proof of collection, it has not been recognised as collected. If this item is lost in transit there is no way I am able to claim compensation without that receipt.

Fix duplicate batch uploads in click & drop desktop
Since moving to 64bit, the Click & Drop desktop regularly duplcates one of the files that we drop into the watch folder. It is causing a lot of problems identifying and deleting the duplicated batch that has been uploaded.
There's always a message in the C&D desktop log file which appears to shut down the watch process and restart it apparently to perform an update - sending the file a second time
I've tried to trim down the log to the key events:

Allow me to edit my Collection address
At the moment I can only use the address as returned by your address look up, I cannot make any amendments to the address after I have selected it. I would like to add my house number in addition to the name, as my house is moiré readily identified by number.
Alternatively, add the ability to provide some instructions for a collection address.

Filter by more than one product so all orders containing these products are selected
I sell products that are the same weight and price so when customers buy 2 or more it is hard to manually select parcels containing the correct products.
I would like to filter on more than one product so I can see a list of orders containing those products.

At the point where a sender address has been selected the page should not show that collection is available when it is not.
It is very irritating to have to get a postage refund because at the point of purchase collection was promoted as available, but once the postage has been paid for a message pops up to say that it is not. The web site and databases need to be more 'joined up' . Clearly a different carrier becomes more attractive!

Update API Documentation
The API documentation is still on version 1.0.0 (which I find hard to believe after a few years) - https://api.parcel.royalmail.com/
We were able to create a shipment with multiple parcels in it (as per the docs) but now it seems we are unable to. There was also a bug where the same SKU could not be in two different parcels within the same shipment (so perhaps this was the solution)
Please please please update the Click & Drop API documentation, and notify anyone using this API of forthcoming changes before they are implemented as per good practise

Ability to bulk export billing addresses (including emails) to XLS
Currently, if you use the "export to XLS" it does not include the billing address and email associated with the order. I require the ability to export this information in bulk as this is the only way to extract customer email addresses from orders from marketplaces.

Make 'Despatch Date' Mandatory If 'Future Dated Orders' Selected in Settings
On 'Allow Future Dated Orders', I would like Planned despatch date mandated before I can move on to the 'Apply Postage' screen. I often mistakenly forget to enter the planned date.

Your new web interface deigns for CLICK and DROP - really need to address the need automatically select ADD' Customer Delivery instructions' to the print labels..... at present its a manual instruction which looks like a after thought bottom right of screen - many operators may miss this critical message!

reinstate the availability of printing QR label for tracked services at delivery offices
Previously I was able to get my QR label for tracked services printed at the delivery office. This service has now been removed, probably as not all offices could print the label. Surely the proper thing to do was to give all offices this ability instead of removing the service from all. Not everyone has a printer that is good enough to ensure the QR and barcodes are printed correctly.

I currently run a photography company that results in a large volume of post. Sytist is the industry stand e-commerce solution and currently it is not integrated. The system can produce csv files for the creation of the labels, but the tracking info is not passed back

Have the option to return the Click & Drop labels in ZPL label format
Have the option to return the Click & Drop labels in ZPL label format using API.
This would be a great help for a new packaging machine that we now have.

Editing Return Address and Removing Duplicates
Using other addresses for return labels, moving house, errors can all impact on the return address function. Unfortunately the system saves all of these for eternity. Could there be an edit/delete function to ensure accuracy? Less waste and diversion?
