Show the pricing
… they have it on for journey 1 & 2 but not 3 … would be a big plus
The price for manifested orders is now shown once manifesting has been completed.
Should you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact the Click & Drop Support Team.

Taking far to long
This would be easy to do, if i use 3 or 4 main postage codes, why can you not just show those.
2nd letter and large letter
tracked overseas eu and non eu.
You can already do this on the main Royal mail site..WHY not add it to Click and Drop,
You are supposed to be getting all customers on this click and drop, you have a long way to go. It would be an idea to get these thing done. asap
You can check what you have spent by looking at your OBA.
I have just started with click and drop and it makes life so much harder not knowing the actual cost of the shipping I am buying.... I can't understand why it's not displayed?
Please adding clearing prices prior to the manifest process as soon as possible.
This is a must as we should be able to track our spend.
Please could you add what it is costing us before we manifest it. I have to go to oba account and check one by one what it will cost for international postage.
I've had endless issues due to RM not showing the prices on OBA account platforms- if I could leave and go somewhere else for all of my postal requirements, I would ( my account spend is over 15k pa ) .... please sort it out asap - it's ridiculous for a customer to not be a able to see what they are paying until after they have paid it !! Its also wrong that you upgrade post based on the average weight - the pricing is un clear, and seems to be so at RM's advantage. I will be going back to click and drop - the non OBA system, which does show pricing - and anything we can send with other providers, we will - vote with your feet people - spend the money elsewhere if you can. This is seems to be the only way we will get this issue resolved. Royal Mail you need to listen to your customers .
Needs to be done ASAP!
Yes showing prices is a most, and this needs to be shown when selecting your format and weight, its to easy to make a mistake that can be costly. Especially for international items. Prices after printing manifest is of no use really. Thanks hope RM listens to us.
This certainly needs to be shown the prices and all these comments addressed by Royal Mail
Advice received from Emily at Royal Mail:
"I would suggest you put through one order and confirm [manifest] it then put through the other". Royal Mail is aware of this over charging, yet if you try to manifest just the overweight items, you can't, and are greeted by the following message:
"Please manifest as many batches as possible at the same time in order to benefit from the bulk manifesting discounts".
All post of the same type is now averaged. At the end of the day, when you manifest, that is when you pay. Sometimes you will pay a lot more.
5x first class packets at 1kg + 1x first class packet at 2kg
Manifest bills you 6x 1.16kg = 6 parcels at the 2kg rate.
Anyone that has asked for "show the pricing" has not understood this new averaging system. And you have not understood the vague answer by Royal Mail that they are trying to show the pricing on the Manifest, which they already do.
Royal Mail therefore can't and won't show the prices.
The reason they give? "Due to the way prices are calculated in OBA" which is a massive lie. it is "Due to the NEW way prices are calculated at the time of manifest, and not time of booking"
THERE IS A HUGE PRICE INCREASE - CHECK YOUR BILLS! There is no price when you book it, as Royal Mail will average ALL your 2nd class large letters, and ALL your 2nd class packets, WHEN YOU MANIFEST. You can no longer split your post into bands. If you have 10 LL at 100g and 1 at 250g, you will now pay for all of them at 125g which will work out a lot more.
With Royal Mail, CHANGES = PRICE INCREASES.
yes 100% agree to this and make it quick please
100% yes to this.

yep even if it was a maximum amount postage price we could pay, I know volume makes a different but but just a ballpark figure would be good so can see the cheapest way of sending when making a choice between postage type even if not an exact price ,

We are working to add pricing into Click & Drop in our April release. The pricing we will show cannot be at item due to the way prices are calculated in OBA based on the days total number of items and on some products the average weight of the items being posted. We are working to update the manifest area of Click & Drop so that as well as the sales order number it will also show the sales order value.
If you are posting on the Tracked products the prices will not be shown due to the way Tracked items are billed based on the first scan by Royal Mail as opposed to when the orders are manifested in Click & Drop
