Add Email Address Field to the Address Book
Can you please add a field in the address book so we can add a customers email address to their record!
When I create a manual order from a customer in my address book, I would like the email address field on the Order to be populated with the customers email address automatically. This way, I can send dispatch and tracking information automatically to the customer.
Currently there is no field for email address in the address book, even though our old DMO system did have this.

Can we please have these saved so we do not have to manually enter every time we book on a parcel manually for email and text message alerts. Dmo has this feature and saves a lot of time

I've just been informed by the DMO support team that when exporting the address book, it will ONLY export names and addresses, NOT email address and phone numbers. Why not? Does this mean when Click and Drop get around to including the email and phone in the address book, they'll have to be entered manually? Absurd!

As a user of the tracked 48 service we include our customers email and or mobile numbers so that they receive notification prior to delivery. This option does not appear to be available on Click and Drop, so how can it be an improvement on DMO?

I have been through the process of uploading our recipient address database (quite why this has to be done as an order, which then needs deleting eludes me).
The result is an address book with all the fields OTHER THAN EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBERS, meaning our mail recipients can't receive notifications.
These fields are definitely in the CSV and, I assume, crucial to the process, so can someone enlighten me, please?
