improve the weight accuracy...
In click and drop you cannot specify less than 1g weight for a product.
This may seem sensible and I am sure if you are business that ships 1 item at a time or has heavier items this does no harm. Alas it makes the service unusable for us for most of our orders for 2 reasons.
This is why :
Many of our items are close to half a gram weight. We stock them loose, they are not in pre-determined pack sizes and can be ordered in any number.
When we fulfill the order we do so by weight not by counting... that rules out the manifest sheet being useful to us since it can't tell us accurately the total weight of items... but the problems don't end there.
Obviously without weight accuracy when your talking 100's of items at 0.5g instead of 1g, click and drop grossly over calculates the packet weight and then overcharges.
This keeps us on weight averaging PPI and using our own packing slips. Please improve the number of decimal places that are acceptable for weights by 2 places. The first place will make the postage accurate.. the 2nd place will allow us to continue picking orders accurately based on weight.
