I would like to see the cost of the postage before I commit to apply postage
We have no idea how much the parcel will cost. I would like an alert for each postal amount before I commit to applying the post especially for international mail

Show the price of shipments in click and drop.
When I make a shipment I should be able to see the cost of each service. I should also be able to click on a shipment in my overview and see how much that order costs.

click and drop phone support said this feature would NEVER be added to click and drop. for those saying to log into another account and process a dummy order just to get a price? Hmmm sure OK that's makes perfect sense.
Use OBA instead to login gives you what you want, then process in C&D, simple.
customised individual item postage cost on manifest separate page
Agree, lease show pre discounted price

Also would like this!
Please show prices in the listing not just on end manifest when applying postage -so an informed decision can be made on which service to use.
I understand that the cost of batch discounts can only be calculated after a bath has been manifested but to see the BASIC PRE-DISCOUNT COST of a service is a no-brainer.
Instead, I have to load up a web page and scroll through god knows how many pages, click a button which then downloads an XL spread sheet, which in turn warns me that 'macros are enabled' I think click a button a pop up appears asking me what I want to do at which point I give up.
How is that in anyway helpful or user friendly?

Come on this issue has been ongoing for a long time.
This is the highest voted idea on the platform.
It needs to be added in so everyone can see what they are buying.
Please this needs to be added urgently now !
Just signed up to click and drop and want to see product options and pricing before I ship but this functionality doesn't appear to be available. Or its really bad UX and its hidden somewhere!
Agreed, in my previous OBA system, you could check how much you were paying before committing to it. It would be very useful to know the cost ahead of time, especially where we need to recharge a customer for bulky orders.
Absolutely agree. I need to know the cost before I buy. I see this has been posted as a request since April. Is there any point in offering feedback to PO?

I would like to see this function automated after I enter weight and parcel size but before I click generate postage.

Make it so!
If you can do it in OBA once weight and service are entered I don't see why it can't be done here. We need it at point of selection, not buried in manifests.
Totally agree! It's the most basic fundamental principle of buying anything anywhere, in the history of mankind; you're shown the price prior to making a purchase.
i can't think of a single instance where you buy something and don't know the cost until you've bought it!
I cannot believe this is still an issue. We spend thousands with RM and if any other supplier were so difficult with their pricing, we would stop using them, of course we can't stop using RM.
The pricing info is in the old OBA system, and you have CLEARLY made a decision to leave (hide) it in the C&D system.
Your PDF price lists are just a joke to try and make sense of and when you're trying to process 100's of parcels a day, you NEED to see the price at the point you use the service.
To be honest I would be surprised if the way RM hide this pricing is even legal?
if you know how much the days manifest cost .why cant we see how much each parcel costs .That way we can decide which service to use next time .
This is needed. I spend £1000's every year with Royal Mail, yet I have no idea how much each item (at point of sending) costs, I can't possibly remember the prices for all the weight/service/country combinations.
If any of my other suppliers hid their prices like this, I wouldn't use them. But I have to use Royal Mail due to the Monopoly they have on small packets etc.
make it so we can preview the manifest before confirming it so we can see the cost and go back and correct any mistakes we may have made
plus, the price you see is still not the full price after manifest !! it is only the prices less any recorded or special etc items
